Bought brand New from Best Buy, never had a problem with none of the products I've purchased from Best Buy. Now I'm looking for an upgrade and Best Buy is my first any only choice.

Tired of small screens on laptops and balancing them on my lap I thought I'd get an all in one. I've had Dell computers in the past and decided to give this one a try. I'm not a gamer and so I don't need super fast graphics. I use this computer for personal use and submitting invoices for work as a part time independent contractor. It does everything I need and more. The 27" screen is fantastic and easy to read. With 16GB of ram and the solid state hard drive it's pretty fast. Only draw back for some is all the USB's are in the back but they're still easy to get to.

I love this all in one computer / monitor. It takes up a lot less space and is a wonderful fast machine.

Amazed with this because It’s my first time to own this kind, an all in one desktop computer. Compared to conventional, you will not be connecting lots of wires, needing a permanent spot in your table because of bulk size of the CPU and more power outlet needed. With this item, just plug it in then you’re good! I even set it up (system) in another spot and I just transferred it later and it was so convenient, it’s like I’m just bringing a larger version of laptop. It is also a touch screen, picture was so clear including the camera. Will definitely refer to a friend.

I like simplicity. With this All-In-One, that's exactly what I got. It is easy to use. Apps load quickly. Easy to follow instructions.

I am by no means a tech genius, but set up for this product was so very easy. I bought this open box item with some reservations, but everything has worked out fine. I was assured before purchase how the geek squad had checked out everything. The system tells you exactly what to do, se up prompts very easy to understand. This is just what I needed to replace my 10 year old lap top. Great graphics too. I am super happy with my purchase. The young man that assisted me was very helpful and very knowledgeable about this product. Kudo to him!

This computer is the best I have ever owned. It was easy to unpack and set up. I purchased this from Best Buy and was a pleasant experience as well. At the time of purchase, it was $200 off, so an exceptional value. I love the big bright screen and the speed of the processor. I didn't realize how slow my old computer was until I started using this Dell. All in all it has been a great purchase and would recommend to anyone.

This is my first all-in-one desktop and I love it. I especially like the touch screen. It was incredibly easy to set up and get started.

This device definitely exceeded my expectations! What can I say but it's perfect for me? I upgraded from an old outdated Dell Inspiron One, and the difference is astonishing in every aspect that you can think of. The only thing I would like to change is the height (and I wish it could tilt down even lower,) but otherwise, I'm happy with my purchase! (P.S. there's a white illuminated light coming from the top of the monitor, not sure if it's built-in or something that happened during shipping...)

Easy to setup and easy to use right out of the box. Compact, doesn't take up much desktop space. Monitor is clear.
