This Dell Inspiron 27" touch screen all in one intel core i7 16gb and 512ssd was originally good for the first few months. I bought it on (May 20, 2021), and now as I am writing this review (5/18/2022) I can say this thing is 2 days away from being a year old and it is SUPER SLOW on certain occasions. 1.) I bought Norton Internet Security first thing when I bought my other laptop computer a different year(I think 2020), and so this Dell has no virus's on it because of Norton as well. 2.) This computer even after receiving normal Window's Updates, Dell Updates, and Norton's Disk defragmentation, as well as Dell's Support assist to speed things up, it still has intense computer fog most of the time these days. Albeit, the Dell's Support Assist built in software does help reset the brain fog quite a lot, but it shouldn't have to be activated every time my computer has been on for 10 MINS! 3.) I don't go on dirty sites, I don't have 25TB (to exaggerate) of data on this desktop and it's really odd that it's slow, as noted already. 4.) about $1,400 later, after financing this thing on my Citi-Bank- Best Buy Credit card I realize that my old HP Pavilion Desktop that I bought in 2011 or 2012 lasted me about 10 years before falling apart. So after all of that, I would say it's probably a hit or miss computer, but I want to get this computer replaced asap, and I would not recommend it if this is the most Dell can offer.

Modern desktop, fast and reliable. I am able to multi-task on this desktop and due to its quick response I can get a lot done.

I was kind of skeptical at first buying the all-in-one computer. What is good about it, space saver, less tangle of wires and you only have to plug in one wire. Versus the traditional which you might have the tower and the monitor separately. This is very pretty and clean (I got the white one). I did'nt have a problem worrying about which brand to get because the salesperson told me (his name is Ceasar), don'y worry about the brand, care about what's inside. So far is been working pretty good and I love it.

Got it on sale and the additional RAM is vital for WFH Loading time on zoom and opening excel docs has been cut in half

My new all in one desktop is amazing! The screen is huge! I am sorry I waited so long to replace my laptop.

I have a friend who has an older DELL “AIO” which I loved, so now there’s this newer model in my house! The touchscreen is large and sharp. The slightest touch activates it. It easily tilts back and forth which is important to center yourself in the webcam. . Also, the fact that the screen is supported by two stands means that you can slide the keyboard under it and out of the way when you’re not using it. The sound is very good. And the speed of the machine is amazing. With its solid state drive it boots up very quickly and is INSTANTLY ready to go. My older machine took a while to boot up, and then you needed five more minutes until everything was up to speed. Not with this baby! I love the “All in One” concept. I have so much more room on my desk now without that tower sitting there, I’m not sure what to do with all. I guess the tower wasn’t really needed, because this Dell works faster and better and quieter than that tower machine. The webcam sits on top of the screen and hides inside, until you tap it to bring it up. That’s a good thing to keep you safe from prying eyes. The main reason I removed a star from my review was the fact that my friend’s older Dell AIO on the left side of the screen, there are easy to access ports, a standard size USB, USB-C, and a SD card port. On my new machine when I reached around for those ports, they were not there! You must go behind the back of the computer to plug anything in. The screen is large and it’s very cumbersome to do that. It makes no sense why Dell would eliminate that feature. Also, unlike my friend’s Dell, this computer has a glossy screen whereas his has a matte finish. If you have windows behind you, this may cause a glare problem. Finally, it took awhile to figure out how to connect the keyboard and mouse to the computer. The pictured ‘cartoon’ instructions were not clear. You need to open the mouse and remove a dongle that’s inside and place it in one of the USB ports. Then the mouse and keyboard will work. I hope I just saved you some time in setting up your computer. I think though, the plusses of this computer easily exceed the minuses. It runs all my programs beautifully, is totally quiet and looks great on my desk.

This computer has been great. It’s fast and touchscreen too. Setup and data transfer was easy with geek squad.

Works well as an all-in-one. It does not have a dvd/cd drive, but otherwise has all other functions you would want.

It is a wonderful piece of technology. I really like the touch screen aspect, although I forget to use it.
