Fast starting and everything runs so smoothly. I purchased it to work from home but even my 11 yr old has been playing games on it without problems. Its compact but yet big.

Great computer, love it! It was so easy to set up. Its great that there is no extra cpu and speakers taking up all kinds of space. It runs fast and the screen is huge. The picture is beautiful and clear. Love the wireless keyboard and mouse. My only small complaint is that the USB ports and sd ports are on the back. So you have to turn the monitor ech time you want to hook up a usb device. But we love it! Happy with the purchase.

I really like this computer. It’s easy to setup and get started using. The screen is big and easy on the eyes. The unit is not heavy and can easily be adjusted.

This AIO 27-inch Dell computer is used for our home office business. The Best Buy computer salespeople were friendly, knowledgeable and answered all of my questions prior to my purchase without any pressure to purchase. I wanted to research the product myself prior to the purchase in order to understand that I was ordering the latest model with the latest Intel I7 chip, as I only update computers every couple of years and wanted the best. I love this all-in-one Dell -Inspiron 27 Touch-Screen desktop. I haven't had a problem with it since I purchased it. I recommend this All-in-One Intel Core 17-16GB memory-512GB SSD Silver to everyone. Rather you use it for normal usage or professional usage. I love that it's all in one rather than separate pieces.

Just short of 2yrs after purchase a noise developed in the fan or hard disk. I took it in and found out after a month they could not fix it. The amount of money invested in fixing it caused the 27" Touchscreen to be "totaled". Because I was a Geek Squad Member, they gave me an instore credit that enabled me to purchase a HP all in one non touchscreen by HP 32" and had only to pay out of pocket 216$. For me The Dell was great when it worked, but like any computer it eventually develops issues.
