    I'm afraid I can only give 4 stars due ro difficulty with upgrades. 32 GB worth of RAM cards from Crucial would not work, even though they met the specs required. No error message was given, and the system refused to boot. Apparently, only the proprietary (and more expensive ram from Dell must be used. When the RAM was replaced with Dell parts, the computer does work fine. (Thankfully the Crucial RAM worked in another computer).

    Very good machine for the Open Box (Excellent) price! The latest tech, USB-C, DisplayPort connections PLUS a CD-DVD drive which is not often found anymore. Easy Win 11 setup if you know how to bypass the Microsoft account and go with a local account. I go with Dell every time. Thanks Best Buy!
