I wanted to try a new product, therefore I chose a Dell Inspirion 3020 and I have spent all day on this product everyday. I love this computer so much I bought another Dell 3020. I recommend this computer to everyone!

My geriatric home-built computer died on me, so I called Best Buy and got this one. I was going to have to transition to a modern OS soon anyway, and fortunately had backed up my system. I would like a bigger SSD drive, more memory (upgradable), and a much bigger power supply so that I could run a nice, discrete video card. But, I knew what it was when I bought it, and it works great for my needs, and put me back in business, computer-wise.

This Dell is everything I was hoping it would be...and then some! I knew Best Buy was the place to go and I was not disappointed. Salesperson so super helpful and got more for my $$ than I ever expected.

If you plan on upgrading it, don't bother and build it from scratch. It's because everything is proprietary. But we all knew about that right!? I would recommend it only for office use and/or for users who hasn't upgraded their pc in a decade, but other than that build yourself a pc from scratch.
