If you don't plan on upgrading at all and use it until it's last breath, then this desktop is for you! If you plan on upgrading it, don't bother and build it from scratch. It's because everything is proprietary. But we all knew about that right!? I would recommend it only for office use and/or for users who hasn't upgraded their pc in a decade, but other than that build yourself a pc from scratch.

My computer tech expert helped me search on your website for a new computer and chose the Dell Inspiron 3020 Desktop. It came in just a few days and he set it up for me. The Dell was reasonably priced and it works perfectly.

I am still adjusting to this new computer and trying to get to know it. It is different and an adjustment for me for sure. But I am getting there. With that in mind it is difficult for me to go for 5 stars but 4 is good. I do like it and I am glad I did the switch as my old computer was of an age of needing to be replaced as support was waning.

Computer is fine, the transfer of data left much to be desired. I lost many of my older records and both the instore geeks and the on-line geeks were not able to have my office programs transfered properly. I had to buy a new office subscription and have another third party make it work. People were nice, but it did not work.

I needed a Windows 11 computer and it is a very good unit for basic home computer use.

Nice Desktop Computer with Windows 11. Replaced my old Dell Desktop with similar features. Has Great DVD drive & wanted this feature because my old Dell had one & I use it Frequently.

The Lenovo was an open-box bargain. The CPU was a 13th-Gen Intel. Newer PCs are 14th Gen but the performance difference was marginal. It had all the original packaging. Some fingerprints but no obvious defects. It's running fine. That said, I was disappointed when I ran Christal Disk and discovered the SSD had 303 days of usage on it. This was a store display and while that complies with the overall "open Box" definition, I didn't expect that much run time on the SSD. I've bought most of my PC, Tablet, and photo gear as open-box items. They have been in excellent condition and priced well below prevailing retail. Had the "demo" status been stated I might not have bought it with a SSD with a year's (7000 hours ) runtime. I think Best Buy should be more transparent on display models with extended usage. I believe "used" would a more truthful description.
