I decided to replace a seriously compromised 10-year-old laptop with a desktop. I never moved the laptop off the desk anyway. This Dell Inspiron 3020 is gratifyingly fast, and the performance probably won't degrade much over time, because it has a solid state drive (SSD) instead of a spinning disc drive. Set-up was a breeze. Users should have no problems transitioning from Windows 10 to Windows 11, which is already loaded onto this machine. Personally, I appreciate the ability to connect a large monitor. This desktop meets and far exceeds my current needs.

Runs quiet, easy to set up, not bloated with a ton of trial software, built-in optical drive (thank you, Dell!) contains enough USB ports, doesn’t contain needless ports, feels sturdy, modest footprint, not too tall, and the power button is easy to find. More than satisfies my modest home computer needs. Not since I purchased a PC in 2002 running Windows XP have I been this satisfied with a Windows machine. Highly recommended.

Even though I purchased this item in late December, it was not set up until mid-January. I wanted the Geek Squad to set it up for me and it was a very good choice. I've only been using this machine for a few hours, but so far i am very satisfied with it. My previous tower was very old and extremely slow. This machine is so fast!

Oh! my God, the Dell aspiron is so good with the NVMe Ram it so fast and it has a suitable storage capacity too. It just fits what a modern computer should be.

I purchased this at an outlet store and was reluctant to purchase a refurbished computer. Once I got it home and easily hooked it up I can't say enough about how good it is. It's far beyond the brand new computer I bought 2 years ago.

Works great, easy to set up. Good value. Met all the basic requirements I needed.

Did a bit of research for a solid basic home computer, and selected this one. Most of them in this price range had the 12 gen 6 core processor. This one had 13th gen and 10 core. Set up was very easy! Have to say that this is the fastest I’ve ever experienced. Start up and opening any app or program is lightning fast! Having an optical disk option, and Dell for quality support was the cherry on top.

Easy to use. Up and running quickly. It is a Great value.

If you don't plan on upgrading at all and use it until it's last breath, then this desktop is for you! If you plan on upgrading it, don't bother and build it from scratch. It's because everything is proprietary. But we all knew about that right!? I would recommend it only for office use and/or for users who hasn't upgraded their pc in a decade, but other than that build yourself a pc from scratch.

Only had this item about 3 weeks, so far. PC to monitor needed a D-Sub to HDMI cable that I didn't have - would have been nice to know this at time of purchase. It makes a brief static audio noise (like crumpling a piece of plastic) on my old speakers when it goes into sleep mode - that takes getting used to. Two days ago, connected it to the bluetooth speakers at the TV, and after bluetooth connection on TV sound kept going out, I removed those speakers from this PC - not really needing PC connection to TV speakers. However, the bluetooth connection to printer works like a charm.

Good home computer. Very easy to set up, clearly labeled cords provided. Like that it has a disc drive as still use some older games. Convenient that it comes with a mouse and keyboard, so I had a good excuse to throw the old ones out! Staff at Best Buy were very helpful and knowledgeable which made the decision about which computer was the best choice quite easy.

The dell computer is great..what wasn't great is that 1 day after I picked up the computer, best buy had the same one open box excellent condition on sale for about $160 less that what I purchased mine for. Or I could have bought a brand new one in box for less that what I purchased the open box for. When I asked about their price match policy, I was told it did not apply to open box and if I returned the computer (which I spent several hours setting up) I could then purchase the open box one for the discounted price. This was not an optimal option. What they could have offered me instead of blowing me off was maybe a best buy gift card for the difference... this would have been better than the rude staff that answered my inquires. I spoke to 2 different people and the rudeness was very upsetting.

I love my Dell Inspiron 3020 Desktop 13th Gen Intel Core 15 computer . It's easy to explore new things and easy to use .I have always used Dell because they are reliabl;we.

I like the new dell! It has great speed and display, plus, the price and service getting it set up was very good.

We have only had the computer a few weeks, but have been enjoying it very much. It seems to be very fast and works much better than our old Dell computer. Price was very reasonable. Set up was also easy. Sales associate was also very helpful at the Best Buy store.

A stylish box, the focal point of my office, against the background of book-selves and wall posters. That's my Dell. Its older sibling of thirteen years was getting old and hard of hearing my commands. Like every new arrival in my house, this Dell is welcome and appreciated despite the fact that its technical descriptors escape me. 13th Gen Intel Core i5? I know what generation means but I am not inclined to read up on what the previous twelve were about. I know that a gigabyte is a misspelling of giga-bite, which means a gigantic bite. This box has eight of those. Impressive! Best of all, it has a good memory, a memory that helps out my forgetfulness. In short, it is a wonder. If it had a voice, it would say: "I am here to serve you in more ways than you thought possible." Needless to say, I am happy with it.

The tower is very useful for office work, and gaming, it is very efficient.

Very nice fast computer. The reason I bought it is because it still had a CD ROM and I still have a lot of CDs that I use.

The reason that I did not give it a higher rating is because i have just found out recently that i have to bring it back in so they can re-install the microsoft solitaire account. Because it has someone's elses account on it and i cannot erase it due to the fact that i do not know the pin #. And being a new computer i had bought back in January, it should not of had that on my computer. Although i had waited until the last week of march 2024 to set my computer up. David
