We have only had the computer a few weeks, but have been enjoying it very much. It seems to be very fast and works much better than our old Dell computer. Price was very reasonable. Set up was also easy. Sales associate was also very helpful at the Best Buy store.

My new Dell tower was very easy to install and use. I was using an outdated old tower, and this worried me about the setup and using a new tower. Dell made this operation very user friendly and easy. I have never owned a Dell until now. I will be recommending this brand to others. The price was easy also for a person on a budget.

It's great. Fast and not loaded down with a bunch of programs that I'll never use! I'm slowly adding programs I want and still have tons of space left! The only thing that confused me was that there were no built in speakers. I had to add one, but that wasn't a big deal.

My new Dell computer is working well so far. I like the compact size. The graphics are clear, and the speed is perfect for me. My computer needs are basic - I don't do any gaming or video/photo editing. On two occasions the computer booted up, but the screen stayed black, so I had to power off and on again - that's a little frustrating. Other than that, it's fine.

Had an eight year old Inspiron desktop. This replaced it. I did upgrade the memory to 32GB. Geek squad was very helpful. Brought it home (after Geek squad copied data from old to new) and had no problems setting it up, both hardware and software. Geek squad did load a new copy of MicroSoft Office.

I have not had this computer long, but it was easy to set up, although some instructions would have been nice. It is much faster than my old one and I have enjoyed getting to know Windows 11. I am still learning!

We needed a new computer. We had our last Dell for over 10 years, and it had start running slower. Felt it was time to get a new one, with more storage. It's quiet, and super-fast. We've only had it for a month, but so far, I am satisfied.

I bought this to replace a high-end HP that failed after less than 2 years of use. The HP was the first time I've purchased a desktop PC other than Dell. I'll never do that again. I wish the hard-drive was bigger, but I mostly use cloud storage and an external storage device, so it works well for me.

This Dell computer runs smooth & is quick for my needs. The price was inexpensive & the packaging & delivery was first rate. My experience ordering on Best Buy’s website was effortless.

This desktop was not overly taxing or difficult to install and is performing perfectly. It was fairly priced and readily available. We are completely satisfied.

Easy set up. 8gb ram is fine for our needs. Runs quietly. Transition from windows 10 to 11 isn't challenging. I did turn off the sleep mode because the computer went comatose when it engaged sleep mode and wouldn't wake so I had to force a shutdown. Wasn't glad for that but no other complaints.

So far so good, I haven't had any issues. I left the purchase up to my son and he chose Dell, I personally would not have purchased a Dell, I usually go with Hewlett Packard. I only use it for basic tasks, I purchased this item because I was compromised with my previous computer. There are dangerous connivers out there waiting to pounce and steal your information. I learned my lesson well.

I had my doubts about buying this desktop as I have had bad experiences with Dell in the past. But this desktop definitely changed my mind. The specifications are nothing crazy but for someone just trying to do some light work for school and some personal browsing, it is a solid workstation. I had no problems setting it up and it has never crashed or had any software issues. Definitely recommend!

I been using this Dell PC for 11 months now and it works great love that it came with a DvD drive as those are disappearing due to online streaming but other than that this PC is great for what I use it for pretty much watching DvD movies and streaming

I purchased his desktop to replace my slow older model Dell. It was loaded up with pictures and documents. It was very easy to set up and is fast! I mostly use for daily browsing, emails and some facebook games.

I am so pleased with the processor which I purchased. This Dell processor is so fast and easy to work with. I recommend this processor to anyone looking for a processor.

Great PC for Business. Purchased for my assistant and now I want one but with more G & GB! but its time to upgrade and the savings $$ are just a wonderful perk!

Memory doubled, speed instantaneous... What more could I ask for. I am thoroughly pleased with my purchase and the immense help of the Geek Squad in setting it up for me.

Has operated as expected. Not intended to be some high end gaming setup. Great for home use, email, surfing, atc.

This is a great nice size desktop. It doesn't take up much space on my desk. Its fast and does well for everything I need
