This is a great nice size desktop. It doesn't take up much space on my desk. Its fast and does well for everything I need

The store personnel was great showing us this model when we were looking at computers. It was a great price and I found it extremely easy to set up.

So far, so good. I'm using it to write and post this review. The only downsides I've found are (1) fewer USB ports than I expected and (2) the cord I was using to connect my old CPU to my monitor would not plug into my new CPU. Buying a new one required a 2-hour round-trip to the store where I bought my new computer. I regret that an employee did not have the foresight to ask about those connections at the time I bought the computer so I could have bought the new cord at that time.

I like it's smaller size, less moving parts and how quiet it is. I wish the button to turn it on were a little larger. I'm quickly getting used to Windows 11 and am happy with that.

Great price. Windows 11 & solid state device. Very happy. I will be replacing my other PC with this Dell.

Has operated as expected. Not intended to be some high end gaming setup. Great for home use, email, surfing, atc.

We purchased this PC as an upgrade for my spouse's old desktop and we are completely satisfied with it. It turns out that is uses the same CPU (Intel i5 Series) as the one I used to rebuild my desktop to Windows 11 Qualifications. While not fastest desktop available it more than adequately meets our needs. For us, this was, and is, an outstanding bargain, If I were to suggest any improvement it would be to add more memory and an additional hard drive.

The Inspiron 3020 is a great basic computing system. It starts quickly and runs most non-3d / non-intensive applications well. The usual Dell support with system/firmware updates are a nice feature for the average home user.

The reason that I did not give it a higher rating is because i have just found out recently that i have to bring it back in so they can re-install the microsoft solitaire account. Because it has someone's elses account on it and i cannot erase it due to the fact that i do not know the pin #. And being a new computer i had bought back in January, it should not of had that on my computer. Although i had waited until the last week of march 2024 to set my computer up. David

A basic computer that handles browsing, playing music, playing videos, word processing, and spreadsheets capably.

This was a wonderful buy. Small but Smart. I love it and the price unbeatable. If you are looking for this is it.

Good if you can catch it on sale. Otherwise it's a little bit overpriced for what it is. RAM is DDR4 3200AA if you're planning on upgrading. 3600 won't work and just makes the thing restart on it's own when you plug it in. Pretty frustrating but it is what it is. Works well out of the box. Just don't expect much more from it other than a basic office/home office desktop. You can add additional drives, there's no bracket but there are mounting holes on the inside of the metal frame of the case that'll accept a 3.5" HDD if you want to add additional storage space. Overall a decent computer but a little bit limited.

Excellent basic computer for home use. Fast and easy to set up

Runs quiet, easy to set up, not bloated with a ton of trial software, built-in optical drive (thank you, Dell!) contains enough USB ports, doesn’t contain needless ports, feels sturdy, modest footprint, not too tall, and the power button is easy to find. More than satisfies my modest home computer needs. Not since I purchased a PC in 2002 running Windows XP have I been this satisfied with a Windows machine. Highly recommended.

From when you turn it on an go do your thing very easy to use. Very fast.

I couldn't be happier my new Dell computer. I purchased this for my mother. Who is not computer savvy. But she does know how to play her CD's. So it's a win win situation us both. It's definitely faster than the old computer. Which I am so thrilled about. She has an appointment with the Geek Squad. This purchase from Best Buy was definitely a very productive one.

Fast, small, powerful computer with a 512 GB SSD c:/ drive

Did a bit of research for a solid basic home computer, and selected this one. Most of them in this price range had the 12 gen 6 core processor. This one had 13th gen and 10 core. Set up was very easy! Have to say that this is the fastest I’ve ever experienced. Start up and opening any app or program is lightning fast! Having an optical disk option, and Dell for quality support was the cherry on top.
