    Did a bit of research for a solid basic home computer, and selected this one. Most of them in this price range had the 12 gen 6 core processor. This one had 13th gen and 10 core. Set up was very easy! Have to say that this is the fastest I’ve ever experienced. Start up and opening any app or program is lightning fast! Having an optical disk option, and Dell for quality support was the cherry on top.

    Very Happy with my Dell Inspiron 3020 purchased last Dec. Always great working with Geek squad to transfer old info to new computer. Easy set up. Windows 11 took a bit getting use to, but no real issues. Great price too. Would purchase again! Love shopping at Best Buy

    Even though I purchased this item in late December, it was not set up until mid-January. I wanted the Geek Squad to set it up for me and it was a very good choice. I've only been using this machine for a few hours, but so far i am very satisfied with it. My previous tower was very old and extremely slow. This machine is so fast!

    I bought this for $499 on sale. It is a nice upgrade to an older computer. Memory and storage were a little limited. I upgraded to 32GB and a 2TB nvme. Be careful mine came with a small 2230 nvme which is great but not the standard 2280 size. It is now a great little machine with an i5-13400 Intel processor. It is very fast for an Intel i5.

    I bought this computer to replace an old desktop for my wife. It is responsive and much faster than her old one. She does basic word processing and internet browsing with a little bit of photo editing. I like the fact that it has an optical drive unlike many desktops today.
