I'm a relatively unsophisticated computer user, but so far have been able to follow instructions for downloads, etc. It is much faster than my previous computer. I thought the price was reasonable given the $100 discount from Best Buy. So far I have no complaints and am very satisfied with my purchase.

Fast, plenty of memory, mostly great. Don't like how when "saving as" when working from a flashdrive it sends me back to documents instead of offering to save it where I am working. Also harder to find things than on earlier Windows. It has shut itself down in the middle of working on a project.

Good home computer. Very easy to set up, clearly labeled cords provided. Like that it has a disc drive as still use some older games. Convenient that it comes with a mouse and keyboard, so I had a good excuse to throw the old ones out! Staff at Best Buy were very helpful and knowledgeable which made the decision about which computer was the best choice quite easy.

This Dell is the perfect upgrade for my small business. The newest applications were easy to understand and put to use with my custom specialized product and service business. I am able to upgrade and improve my customer receipts and create end of year reports for each need. Love it!

I purchased this at an outlet store and was reluctant to purchase a refurbished computer. Once I got it home and easily hooked it up I can't say enough about how good it is. It's far beyond the brand new computer I bought 2 years ago.

My computer is everything they described and everything I wanted. I made my purchase via phone and online. My product arrived when they said it would arrive. There were no problems setting it up.

Been Great!!!! This computer has worked flawlessly since my wife got it for Christmas. It stays up to date, with the Microsoft auto updates.....and it does everything she needs to do.. Would definitely recommend or buy again.... Thanks :)

The tower is very useful for office work, and gaming, it is very efficient.

My Dell Computer works great. It's fast and does everything I want it to do. What else can expect? Best computer I ever owned! The Geek Squad did a super job setting it up! The Geek that came to my home was really sharp! Thank you Geek Squad!!!

I just as soon take a "hammer to my hand" as to change out a computer but the transition to this new Dell computer was so worth it. It's faster processor is so nice compared to my old dinosaur.

I had to move to a new system because my old one would not support Windows. I am very glad I did. After looking at all the reviews I chose this Dell. It is much faster. I would recommend this to others.

Bought this for my grandson and he absolutely loves it . Would definitely purchase again and definitely recommend it.

My last computer was a Lenova, and was 13 years old. I would have to wait a minimum of 5 minutes for it to boot up, and it was so slow. I couldn't be happier, This Dell is so fast.

My new Dell Inspiron 3020 Desktop is great. Quiet and fast. I don't game. I have a lot of pictures and I use graphics for my greeting card buisness. It has been working great. Good purchase.
