It replaced a 20+ computer that had ran its course. The new Dell Inspiron 3020 desktop is what one wants in a computer: it so easy anyone can improve their skills and become an expert with one. I am sorry that I waited so long to replace my old computer.

All I had to do was attach the peripherals, plug it in, and turn it on. Boot d quickly, found all my devices, and led me through the setup. Enough ports for everything I would need.

Inspiron is great.

I gave it a 4 instead of a 5 because Windows 11 is installed in it and I think Windows 11 is awful. The techies who developed it must think that everyone in the world wants everything possible in a program. To me Windows is overloaded with unnecessary "stuff."
