Needed to upgrade my older computer and this one had everything I needed and then some! Awesome computer, nicely styled and super quiet operation. Very fast boot up,maybe ten seconds. Overall, great system for the price!

Very fast and perfect for my 12 year old son. It runs 10x faster than his laptop. Very rewarding and fun experience for him.

Was really happy with the turnout! Ended up getting two monitors along with it - VERY happy to be able to work from home when I’m unable to make it into work due to bad weather! Customer Service was amazing as well and very helpful!

Great machine replaced a laptop no longer needed mobility

This machine is great for performing all everyday tasks at home. Browsing, office software, basic photo/video editing. It's fast and quiet. And it's a great value if you can find an open box unit in excellent condition. The only reason that we replaced our old Dell machine was to upgrade to Windows 11.

This was an open box purchase of a Windows 11 PC. replaced a W10 PC. Worked great at first startup. Monitor for the W10 PC was a VGA unit for which the W11 PC could not connect to. Replaced the monitor with a Best Buy 23" TV for it's HDMI connection input ability. Only issue in it's 1 week usage was the Firefox browser that came with W11 package. A daily used website stopped displaying database pictures in search results, whereas with the W10 there were never any issues. Switching to W11's Edge browser working with the same website and links, the data pictures displayed normally. going back to W11 Firefox, saw the browser version was labeled MOZILLA-MSIX-1.0. Looking at Firefox on another home PC, the wersion was 141 which I was certain it was in that area. Downloaded Firefox from its website, 142.0.0, and the problem website was now functioning properly. I had at least 2 websites that dealing with picture records that would not allow viewing in the W11 base Firefox browser. Just something to keep in mind. Otherwise the Dell has worked great and was a good buy to get upgraded to W11. Even with this issue, initially, my review is for a good buy.

Needed a simple computer for older relative, to buy groceries online, shop, email, basics. This computer was an easy setup, fast and nicely sized. It has a cd slot which was important to my saster for playing music.

I am very happy that I purchased the online-only out-of-the-box Dell - Inspiron 3030 Desktop - Intel Core i5 - 8GB Memory - 512GB SSD - Mist Blue. My IT person did the setup of my monitor and printer and data transfer from my old CPU in a short amount of time since I had almost everything backed up to my Microsoft One Drive. In addition, there was a substantial saving to be had with the out-of-box purchase. I am enjoying all the upgraded features of my new Dell computer system.

The computer runs pretty good thus far. It's not too big or bulky Though it's a refurbished one, Dell is a good product. I have faith in in it that it will run me a good while, some years hopefully.

Been having this computer for 6 months and it was easy to set up and very fast on everything so far , very happy with price and performance.

The speed of this Dell is amazing (especially compared to my 15-year-old Dell it's replacing). I read in one of the reviews that the person couldn't connect it to his monitor. I would have had the same problem, except that my circa 2017 monitor (HP) came with two types of cables, and the second one worked with the new Dell. I'm very happy with the computer, as it is my third Dell. I wouldn't buy anything else. And I always buy them at Best Buy!

This computer is so fast compared to the old one. The old one would freeze all the time. This one lets me listen to videos without slowing to buffer. I can play my Facebook games without the computer freezing to catch up in the background. It has more storage than my old one. It is so easy to use. When I put in my password, it comes right up and ready for use.
