    Very under powered. I only bought it because of the decent price and a nearly identical product from Dell lacked the DVD drive. I upgraded the ram and ssd hard drive rod make it acceptable.

    I like the computer but the wireless network adapter is not working properly. The Geek Squad has looked at it and trying to make it work properly.

    Condition was "fair" meaning keyboard & manual missing. Hard drive failed on the 3rd day. Would not buy again.

    Purchased this item and had the contents of our old computer transferred. After the transfer, worked fine for a couple of days and then the Microsoft one started slowing down the internet loading and working as it's supposed to. Called geek squad and they said to exchange it for another. Well that store didn't have another. So we were going to buy a more expensive model of a different brand, but they didn't have that one either. So being fairly disappointed by now, we just asked for our money back. The only reason we were buying a new computer was for the upgrade to Windows 11.
