We got this computer for personal and business use and it’s been great! Very easy to set up and learn.

This no frills desktop is just the thing I needed as I was forced, as many of us are, to update because my old machine wasn't able to run Windows 11. Everything is up and running fine on my new Dell and I'm quite happy with its performance.

Gotta open box one , need some help get it started i didn't want to go back to store ? So my son help me get up and running. Good so far ! Dont like to login everytime i start it ? But i guess i get use to it .u can use a pin ? To do it faster ? But works the way it should .bought the warranty just incase! Case feels cheap compared to years ago ! My last one was 20 years old .dont like the start button! It dont lite up to see it under a desk ? Hard to find .

Great for a small business owner for receptionist use! Cheap, quick, and great compatibility with screens I already had.

This was a really good value for the price. It was my first system with DDR5/4800 RAM and the Intel 14th Generation CPU. Impressive little machine at a very impressive price.

I just recently bought this computer and found it to be too pricey for what you get hence the three stars out of five I wound up needing to put in a stronger power supply because I needed it to do video authoring and I wanted to put in a video card that was powerful enough for me to do the video all three and even watching videos on it it does have an on board video card but nowhere near as good as putting in your own video card so this is what I did I put in new power supply which was 100 Watts more I put in a video card and I put in 32 gigs of RAM instead of the 12 that it had with 12 gigs in this machine it would slow down very soon after you bought it now it runs like a speed demon but for the price I paid for the original one it was way too high but I needed the machine I needed one badly mine died I needed it that day so I bought this one it was one of the lower priced ones that they had I don't believe it's the fault of Best Buy I think it's the fault of the manufacturers they're charging too much however I must say the HP is a much better bargain than the Dell that I originally purchased and returned for this one the Dell was a toy and it costed a lot more money than it should have I think it even costed more than this machine if I can remember correctly

Great desktop. Because my old desktop cannot upgrade to Windows 11, I needed to purchase a new one. No regrets. this desktop is faster. Dell makes great computers.

Excellent deal on my new Dell computer. During my discussions with the Best Buy salesperson, I was offered the opportunity to sign up for a VISA card and with it, I received a $65 cash gift as part of the deal. That was a very nice way to do business, especially considering that I seldom drive all the way across town to shop at Best Buy. I will start doing that based on my experience with the team at Best Buy in Melbourne, FL.

Wanted to replace old tower. This fit the bill and included an optical drive. Easy set up and works well.

I purchased this computer to replace my outdated Windows 10 desktop computer. This one runs all my old programs smoothly. It arrived quickly and I am happy with it.

I thought I'd never convince my husband to get a new desktop. He even resisted when he needed something that would work with our new HughesNet internet service. It took a Geek Squad tech to convince him that his 2009 Dell with Windows 7 could not be upgraded. So we bought him this new Dell. Data from his old drive was put on the new one by Geek Squad at the store. More techs came to our house and did the basic set up for him. He still has a bit of a learning curve, but the new Dell is a dream.
