    Now I won't say that I am much of a tech head, but I haven't ran into any issues with this tower. I came from an all in one and it started to give me so many problems so it is such a relief to have a PC that runs smooth!

    The only documentation that came with this was to fold out the feet of the keyboard. There are a lot of USB ports, but they are not equal. I still don't know which are faster than others. Internet is loaded before the desktop and Edge has so many windows when you boot that you have to upgrade the RAM before you can use this computer. The DVD came straight from a laptop, as did the wi-fi card, but there is no antenna.

    I had to take this item back to Best Buy twice due to hacking. They cleaned the computer up and so far I have not had any trouble. Windows 11 has a different configuration than 10 so I have to reacquaint myself with how to use. All in all, I am please with the purchase.

    I needed to replace my Dell tower in order to accommodate Windows 11. The shopping experience was easy over the phone and the rep was very helpful. I received it the next day. Setup went well. No complaints so far.
