    We purchased two of the Dell-Inspiron 3030 Desktops in April 2025. One set up instantly, one had an obvious factory issue. We returned to Best Buy, and the unit was replaced with no problem. I will definitely be purchasing Dell products from Best Buy from now on!

    Bought an open box version. The previous account was still setup, and I need admin privileges to do a factory reset. I'll find a work around somehow. The PC is fast though.

    This is a good unit for the price. I had to replace an old one. Somebody might want more memory, but it is plenty for me. I had to have serious help (not from Geek Squad) to get my domains and associated email addresses to work, but all is fine now. I am satisfied with the purchase.
