The shopping experience was easy over the phone and the rep was very helpful. I received it the next day. Setup went well. No complaints so far.

Dell - Inspiron 3030 Desktop

One set up instantly, one had an obvious factory issue. We returned to Best Buy, and the unit was replaced with no problem. I will definitely be purchasing Dell products from Best Buy from now on!
