The last one was over 20 years ago & was refurbished by a family member. Although we haven't used the CD tray, it will come in handy when we transfer photos etc to a thumb drive. The sales people were great in Tinley Park; answering questions & offering advice when we asked. So far, so good!

Upon arrival with our old Dell unit, we were told by Dani Miller that it would take 2-3 days to complete and that the sales rep was wrong. Also, your appointment process does not work as people walk up the counter without an appointment and get served out of order, as we observed first hand while waiting for someone to help us with an appointment. Two Geek Squad members were over worked with those of us waiting while three staff members at the front desk were greeting new shopper and talking with one another with nothing else to do. You need some serious management changes......

Should have more adaptability for inputs, multiple monitors and RAM. Operation is quick and quite compared to Windows 10, but some features are clipped.
