    I purchased a Dell computer this past December. The sales person was very helpful with my purchase. He took the time to explain what I was buying and what was needed. In fact h was so help that I am going back to purchase a printer. Donna

    It was short and sweet very helpful. Got exactly what I wanted. It took a few minutes, and I was able to walk out the store with the brand new set up only two go to the wrong route.

    This is a fantastic computer. I recommended it to everybody. Easy set up. I transferred all my files and settings with ease. I lost absolutely none of my settings, history and bookmarks. I am truly very happy. Thank you so much.

    I bought this computer to replace my old Dell that was outdated. I just did not have enough storage on its hard drive to handle the number of pictures that I have so I returned it to get one with a larger hard drive. Absolutely no problems returning it to Best Buy for a different computer.

    over all its a decent computer. I thought is was expensive since it came without any software. Also, the color is not that great. the color is to light and watching my videos were grainy and the color sucked.

    Unfortunately, my old computer was outdated and had Windows 10 and would no longer be able to contact for tech support. I'm glad I purchased this one. I have been on it since last night.
