    I have used Dell for many years without any problems and like their products. Main issue was with Best Buy not moving all the programs and other items from old computer to new one...

    Maybe a better way to handle wait time for transferring an updating computer. Salesperson could let you know you will have to schedule a day to come back.

    Its still very new, but I have had to restart it 3 times now after turning it on. Not sure why but Im having doubts its the right choice afterall.

    Love it, but for one thing: the cd drawer sticks when it goes out and in, you have to manually give it a slight tug. Otherwise, all is excellent.
