    At age 86 plus 2 weeks out of country my usage has been limited. So far all is as expected however once I begin to use it to work with a cappella arrangements and other life needs , etc. my feedback will be far more specific. This is also my first use of Windows 11

    You sent me a defective computer The graphic card was ghosting and I did not realize that until my son came over and says it’s probably a loose connection. It was one day after the return date Best Buy will not give a refund. I will never deal with Best Buy again and I tell everybody I know not to deal with them. If I can give them a negative star I would.

    The connection between the monitor and computer is not working, so there is no way I can assess performance or finish set up to access email, Word, Excel, etc.

    After a lengthy set up and data transfer. the motherboard failed within 2 weeks when the Dell pop-up demanded a restart. Everything had to be redone. Some files were lost. And by then my old computer was dead, so data transfer was more difficult. Good thing Geek Squad employees are excellent and I paid for the membership. Still, now I'm afraid it will happen a second time.

    Dependable but slow. Slow to boot slow to open windows and apparently Dell factory has no internet. Had to update everything including two updates on bios. Good overall for emails and internet surfing.

    This desktop locks up for no reason. The only way to get it working again is to do a hard shutdown, and then power it up again. This MAY get you an additional hour of service before locking up again. Updating the BIOS didn't help. The "techs" at Geek Squad were no help, either.

    brought a Dell - Inspiron 3030 Desktop - Intel Core i7 - 16GB Memory - 1TB SSD - Mist Blue Jan 17, 2025. I had the desktop power off twice and would not power back on right away without removing the cord and repeatedly trying to power it on. I thought it was an external drive the first time, but it happened again without it. I going to bring it back to Best Buy, still have a day to return it.

    Had to return. Had a virus and would not work. Geek Squad said to bring it back as they could not help with the issue. There was a small paper in the box with the computer that said it may have been subject to a virus. Worthless Dell company...sneaking that paper into the box instead of recalling their computers and fixing them.

    Never worked from day one. Online and phone support got it going twice only to have it do the same thing the next day. It was returned.

    i thought dell was a good brand.but returned because rite out the box it had software trouble.i looked it up and foundout alot of dells processors are bad

    I have used the exact model at another architect's office and thought it was excellent. I purchased this model and it is incredibly SLOW. I would never recommend it.
