Never worked from day one. Online and phone support got it going twice only to have it do the same thing the next day. It was returned.

i thought dell was a good brand.but returned because rite out the box it had software trouble.i looked it up and foundout alot of dells processors are bad

Mine did not work out of the box. Dell support a joke

I have used the exact model at another architect's office and thought it was excellent. I purchased this model and it is incredibly SLOW. I would never recommend it.

I normally build my own computers but needed one fast. This computer comes with ZERO paperwork. Does not come with the MS key codes and MS keeps those. Be prepared to fight with MS "Bit Locker". No info paperwork comes with this system for adding second HD or internal cards. Windows 11 blocks add-ons. Cache will not clear and must be rebooted often. Videos are choppy. Large files take long to load even with the addition of 96Gb of Ram. Will not recognize cards plugged into the PCIe slots. So I have had a paperweight for over 30 days without any tech support other than Youtube. Don't think of planning on doing much with this thing, it won't do it.

For 8 days I have enjoyed this computer. Websites come up quickly. Far better than other computers I had. Geek Squad helped me alot in fine tuning various commands. I believe I will have this computer for the next 10 years before I buy another.

Recently while expanding and upgrading our business desktops, we have been purchasing this series. Currently, I am very pleased with their performance in an office environment. The i7 processor with the 16GB RAM allows normal office usage enough speed to also have multiple browser tabs open. Gaming . . . go elsewhere . . .

I just started to utilize this system. This computer is faster than my older one. More RAM and faster microprocessor. I did not have any issues with it so far.

When our 10-year old desktop computer stopped working, I needed to find a replacement which would meet my needs asap! The staff at Best Buy helped me to locate and chose which desktop computer would meet my needs.

It's footprint is much smaller than its predecessor, a 9-year old Dell, but much more powerful. It's everything I wanted (and needed). Price was good.

So far I love it. My intro to windows 11 so I'm slowly learnig but the computer is so fast compaired to my old HP.

Great computer......but the salespeople were not much of a help....when asking questions about the computer, the salesperson read the card and that's about it

price, installation met my expectations. Store Manager was very helpful with the "nerd quad".

Computer crashed 2nd day while downloading updates, called Geek squad support. They just told me to return it to nearest store. Returned to Peoria store, none in stock, had to make 2nd trip to Peoria to pickup replacement a week later. Why couldn't it have been shipped directly to my home?

Received and the operating system would never start up. Purchased online and returned it in store the next day. The store tried to refuse a refund because I bought online. Be careful when purchasing computers from Best Buy online.
