This is a very good product for the price I paid for it I especially like to touch feature where I won't have to use a mouse all the time The only downside is that it doesn't have a DVD CD player but I can't easily attach a external drive and it works for it

This is very much a starter computer. I just recently started a business and needed a computer to manage it. I chose this one for the price (open box) because the business is just starting out. It had a minor software issue that was easily resolved with a Operating system re-install. It doesn't have that much memory so it can be a little laggy. Overall for the price I am happy with the purchase, but I imagine I will need an upgrade before too long

Dell's laptop lineup offers options for every computing need, from a kid tackling schoolwork to an engineer designing a plane. In fact, there's a good chance a school or workplace issued you a Dell at some point, thanks to the company's reputation for reliable performance, durable builds, and affordability.

I absolutely enjoy this computer! I use it daily and when I am not using it my father is for his work. It holds all of our family photographs and videos, and the quality of the images is crisp and clear. When working on multiple projects as a family laptop it holds up wonderfully, I would not use any other computer.

I bought this computer for my son, and he says that he really likes it a lot. He is the one that suggested given this computer a five-star rating. He doesn’t use the touchscreen functionality; however, he has enjoyed the responsiveness, and the ease of use of this particular laptop.

This computer is good. As long as you get it out of S mode you’re able to download whatever game that is not Microsoft verified again get out of S mode you’ll find that in the activation settings. This computer is definitely worth the price.

I truly enjoy using this laptop. It is user friendly, not clunky or heavy, and it has a beautiful screen. I also like the contrast between the silver and black keyboard. The touch screen works phenomenally.

I have heard Microsoft added ARM support in Windows again back in Windows 10 and I have heard mixed things about it. I have heard battery life wasn't where it should be considering ARM uses less power than Intel/AMD X86 processors and more efficient than both. But ever since Apple started using ARM on MacOS and the performance and battery life gains is so good I figured to try this laptop out with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8cx Gen 2. The bright side with using an ARM processor in this kind of laptop is that it is fan less since you don't really need a fan to cool it down which makes it lighter. The specs of the laptop is: Qualcomm Snapdragon 8cx Gen 2 8GB LPDDR4 RAM 256GB SSD 1080P touchscreen rated at 300 nits of brightness according to Bestbuy's website non backlit keyboard 65 watt USB Type C Power Adapter 2 USB Type C ports (1 for charging) 1 USB Type A port Headphone port Micro SD slot When I first opened the box and took the laptop out of the box i was astonished how premium it looks for the price and how light it is. The lid of the laptop is metal while the bottom is plastic. At MSRP of $499 I like that detail. The only reason why I gave it 4 stars is because the keyboard isn't Backlit which I would prefer over the metal lid but otherwise the keyboard is fine. After setting it up with the typical windows updates and etc I tried out using Edge and doing some web browsing and watching youtube. It looked good on the screen. The screen is bright enough and the colors isn't washed out or anything good enough for me. I was afraid after using a laptop with 16GB of RAM and an AMD Ryzen 9 cpu that having multiple tabs open this laptop would be sluggish with the Snapdragon 8cx gen 2 and only 8GB of RAM but gladly that's now the case. I didn't notice any noticeable slowdowns. I also tried to play an older game or two and anti virus onto the laptop. I played KOTOR and Medevil 2 total war and both ran on the laptop which I was surprised. I tried to install Bit Defender onto the laptop and stated it can run on ARM processors. I have heard Norton does run on it and some others do but Windows defender will suffice. I also tried Microsoft App's like Word and works fine. If you need a productivity laptop and basic needs this actually is a good laptop for the price if you come in knowing there might be some limitations with some apps not working. I have drained the battery in a test from 100% to about 60% in like 8 hours just doing basic tasks which means using this cpu will be great on battery life for windows.
