It a great laptop i love the preformance and how soft and fast it works

Great deal on open box item. Works perfectly and no issues almost 3 years later

Very nice computer with great speed. Very small and light, but perfect for my work.

I was looking for a different laptop but found this. I was not much confident while buying it. But once I started using it I felt I made a right choice. Upgrading another 8gigs of ram made it super good. I would recommend it for someone who don't wanna spend more than $400 for personal use laptop and get a great value too.

Very nice Dell laptop that feels like it was made well. Screen looks great and the speed is fast. Only drawback is there is no backlit keyboard and the keys are hard to see, even in good light. Had to buy a booklight to be able to really see the keyboard.

My laptop crashed when I needed to take an online test for work. I didn't have a lot of money but I figured this one would get me by. Almost 2yrs later I haven't bothered looking for another one. This laptop died everything I need it to do and is well priced

So much value for this Dell laptop. A great everyday laptop for both home and work. Intel i5 processor is very capable matched by a decent 8 GB RAM. Having an SSD drive makes program runs faster including opening files. The touch screen makes it more user friendly and versatile.

We needed a laptop quick due to our other one crashing unexpectedly. This was a nonresearched impulse purchase that just happened to be great . It handles all the tasking of a household with multiple users without missing a beat. This was most definitely a lucky score . Good speed, memory and more .

Bought this one for my daughter to use in college, by far best decision made, very good price for all the work my daughter has done. Highly recommend by me and very good choice of recommendations by salesperson. They sell you what you need not what other stores want to sell to you.

Exactly what I was looking for in a lap top. It is quick easy to use.

Had for about a months and having this as my first computer think that this is a very well computer it does get hit but I am playing games and testing the limits only bad part is not being able to play high end games but it isn’t a gaming pc so much expected still can play games

Works ok after a couple of years. Seems like the battery doesn’t last as long now. Sluggish at times. Like the touch screen, but wish it had a lit keyboard. Decent for the price

Overall a decent mid-level laptop for college students. After about 10 months noticed a couple of issues. The touchpad mouse was freezing or jumping making it impossible to work. Battery life could be a bit better seems to need charging at least every other day.

This computer is sleek, lightweight, and performs perfectly.
