Bought the computer (Dell Inspiron 15 3511) on December 26th 2022. On January 16th the display failed; black vertical band on the left side of the screen and normal looking center and right side of the screen but at a lite green. New computer but a bad decision to buy a Dell.

The hinge separated from the screen and back of the laptop after 1 year, 1 month. The laptop was not dropped & was only used 1-2 times per month when it was easier to do something with a larger screen instead of my phone.

I like dell and it was a very good quality of product andd i thanks for the best buy to giving a such great product in unexpensive

One of the worst laptop ever. I got my laptop last year. The screen got dead and when I went to Best Buy to fix it, they were charging me 200$.

I guess I don’t have the best luck when I purchase laptops the first time lol. I had to go in store and return it and buy the same one again, because I seem to get the defected ones at first but after that hassle, the purpose of buying this computer has been fulfilled!! Thank you to the employees and tech team. Y’all really helped me to make a decision I no longer regret when buying this product. This computer is what I really wanted, it’s big but slim, touch screen, fast, and durable. Easy to set up. I got it for a great price but I usually buy stuff on sale so I didn’t know Black Friday started already. I will be traveling and working very soon! I may update this review just to see how this goes, but if I don’t, know that this computer is worth trying.

I picked 2 of these DELL laptops during the thanksgiving sale 2022.. one for my cousin and one for my sister in law and overall they are very satisfied with the quality of product. Great performance and nice touchscreen display and that too with a great price. I would say its a value for money and definitely recommend.

This is a nice light weight and quick laptop. It was easy to set up and is easy to operate. It is quick as well. The mousepad works very well. This is my first Dell and we are happy with this so far (I have only had it a month). We use this for web browsing, email, and social media. It is a nice computer for those purposes.

Dell has never let me down. Again with the Inspiron 3511 Dell has delivered a solid product. The Core i5, 8GB RAM and 256GB SSD is unbeatable for the price tag. The Touch screen is great add-on. Using for home schooling, learning and projects. Great Work!

I am very happy with my purchase of my laptop. Dell Inspiron 3511 touch screen. I have been using it for the past week using it to DJ so far it is operating. Excellent. I love the speed. The display on the screen is nice and clear. The audio is crispy clear. I am loving it. I recommend this laptop to all DJs

Performance for a non-gamer is just what I need. This product was reasonably priced and sufficient for my needs. I use it for record-keeping, for communicating and watching movies. It tends to become unresponsive when I am working on spreadsheets with a lot of data, so I simply save progress, close and reopen the file and it resets just fine. This minor glitch may be due to something in the data, so not too much of a nuisance. Be aware that the default is that your files save to the cloud. You have to manually change this. I discovered this when transferring files from a previous computer.

It was so easy to set up. Im using it for school and its so covenient to carry around because of how light it is. Its bigger than the macbooks. And its TOUCHSCREEN !

After having to return my last four (4), yes, 4 "old" Chromebooks, Best Buy recommended the Dell - Inspiron 3511. I made the purchase on/about 12/30/2022 and so far, I love it. Why the 4 Stars, not 5??? Well, that's on me. I am still getting used to using it, trying to navigate my way around it! My use for this particular laptop is minimal, prepare spreadsheets, documents, and mostly searching for health videos. I most definitely recommend the Dell -Inspiron 3511 for your minimal needs as well!!!
