My first Dell and I love it. Battery life is short but it never gives me any troubles at all.

Very fast, good touch screen, seems reliable so far.

The Microsoft browser won't let you download Google chrome. it tells you that you will lose part of your speed and have to go to a different setting to do it. I didn't quite understand it so I was never able to get google chrome on her. It also won't allow me to use Ccleaner. I can't download it or find the app for it in the Microsoft store. The Support Assist was of no help the only thing it ever did was scan hardware. It never cleaned files, get driver downloads, tuned performance, or optimized network. I finally upgraded my HP laptop. Which only had 32GB but i only had like 4GB left for me after TRYING to uninstall apps i don't use. Not mention only 4GB RAM which caused my laptop to freeze. Oh the touch screen is awesome too.

DO NOT purchase this laptop. I’ve had this laptop for only 5 months and I can no longer open or close it because the hinge is faulty and is prying the plastic frame that surrounds the monitor. I was told by a Geek Squad team member that this is just what happens with these laptops since they are made with cheaper plastic. They are not able to fix this issue. I now need to contact Dell to see if they can fix this for me (although a Google search about this issue leaves me skeptical). Geek Squad would have charged me $80 to send it out, so I am going straight to Dell. The laptop’s tech itself is pretty good and has been great with what I need to do (use the internet, Microsoft Office, listen to music, video calls, etc.). It’s also pretty light and easy to carry around. I’m really bummed that the material is so cheap and has issues so early in it’s lifespan. I may end up having to spend half (or more) of what I spent on this laptop, or need to end up buying a new one. The money spent on this laptop is probably better going towards a different one.

Had for 1 yr now battery is still running strong and the laptop is working great. Very happy with the purchase. I did have to loosen the screen tension as i seen in reviews that this was the only problem with this model if you couldnt open with one hand. However never did anything like thay before after 1 yourube video did it screens still great amazing produxt good price.

Really good and very capable computer for a reasonable price

This computer is pretty great. Really fast processor and great display. I have enjoyed using this during my college career. I also like that it has a 10-key which I used more than I thought I would.

so fare so good no problems yet, battery life is surprisingly good for a laptop, seem fast enough for me, the touch screen feature is somewhat useless it's uncomfortable to use since it doesn't fold up into a tablet.

Really good laptop for the money. Everything has been working fine. I purchased this for occasional web browsing, emails, and creating Excel spreadsheets. Does great for these.

I use this device daily for light work, my real estate business and I do some administrative work for an ambulance service as well, I have had great luck with this computer for over a year now.

A pretty solid laptop as far as usage and performance goes. I've no issues there except when there's an update, it causes your fans to run loud and hot. I would not recommend the laptop however though, to college students or those looking to use it for business purposes. I got it back in January of this year, the warranty went out QUICK and now here in October/November, my hinges have broken that allows the laptop to actually open and caused the screen casing to separate. Never dropped, never thrown the laptop around or anything & Of course now that its out of warranty, i have to pay out of pocket for repair. What's worse is DELL has quite a few threads of this being an issue with the laptop and still has not made corrections. I wish I'd followed my mind and gone with the HP in the same price range but, I wanted dell back for it's durability lol on me! And the upload keeps failing when trying to add pictures here.

its runs pretty smooth, works as it should. loads up at a good speed, its touchscreen, nice and compact when your on the go.

Great laptop for the money. Got it on sale for $350 and couldn't be happier. Nothing fancy, but gets the job done as an everyday laptop for paying bills and browsing the internet.

Got for christmas present, for my kiddo she is into photography and it work amazing for her learning how to edit photos and be more creative. Amazing price for all that it has for her!!

I really don't use a laptop much. I pretty much use my cell phone for everything possible and just pull out the laptop when it's simply the only way to get something done. So I managed to keep my previous laptop alive for over a decade. I finally started receiving notifications on my computer that effective with 2023, updates would no longer be available for my laptop. I also got the occasional blue screen when I would fire it up and have to restart. I knew it was only a matter of time and that I would have to bite the bullet and buy a new one. Because of how infrequently I used it, I wanted something cheap, just for the basics. This laptop is great for exactly that. It's so lightweight and sleek and it works super fast. I would definitely recommend it if you're a simple user like myself.

Fantastic computer for the price. Great display that is easily adjusted for font size, mine is comfortably running at 150 %. Lightning fast speed, never owned a computer that runs this fast. Got it at BB for 380 +tax. Amazing.

Purchased for my Husband and it a great device. The only issue is I haven't been able to upload the free microsoft software.
