Purchased an open box computer. Love it. Not only does the new unit perform well, but staff was able to extract all the stuff off of my dead computer. When I turned on the Dell, it was like looking at my previous computer. Flawless. Thanks so much.

Not bad for the money. Like all computers right now a bit overpriced for what you get but try to find much of anything sub 800, Wished it came with a 500gb SSD. Mouse and keyboard were a joke though. Good thing my client had her own. What they include with this is basically trash. So to recap not bad for the money, SSD is a bit small. Keyboard and mouse are a joke.

i ONLY HAD HOPED THAT THE Pc would include an internal CD DRIVE OR NOTICED TO BUIYER ON THE BOX SO I COULD REQUEST ONE WITH THE CD DRIVE INSTALLED. I BOUGHT A PORTABLE EXTERNAL CD DRIVE BUT I WOULD RATHER WOULD HAVE LIKED AN INTERNAL CD DRIVE

its a fair computer for the money. not too hard to set up. came with a keyboard and mouse which i was led to believe (by salesman) was wireless but is not wireless. have not been using it for very long, and i dont use it to do alot of things, but has served me well so far.

This desk top was purchased for my son who is a freshman college student. We have always used Dell's and this one does not disappoint. It is super fast. It is purfect for working on his essays, projects and assignments while in his dorm.

I highly recommend this computer if you can pick it up on sale for under $600. The i5-10400 is nice and fast, and being paired up with the NVME solid state drive, boot times are next to nothing. I added a second 2.5in solid state drive with ease and it's running great.

I just got this one home two days ago, and I'm ready to take it back. The HP that I originally ordered was not available once I arrived to pick it up. I needed one the same day, so I purchased this instead. It had the same specs and the price was the same as the HP, so I bit. It is so noisy. I don't know if it's the fan or a loose board, but it's driving me batty with the all of the different sounds coming from it. The performance is great. I like that it is a small tower and that it fits on my desk with room to spare, but the noise!!!! It literally distracts me from my work.

The Dell desktop is excellent and set up very easy The delivery experience was horrible. Absolutely horrible. The Best Buy like to quality and service follow up was terrible. Fortunately the Dell product and support was fantastic

I bought this desk top to replace a Toshiba Laptop that was near the end of its safe life. Was afraid it was going to die on me with all my info inside. The Geek squad transferred all my data and got me going on the Dell. Fast and easy to use.

We've been using this computer for over a month with no issues to speak of yet. Sure, it has the same bloatware that any boxed PC has but otherwise its a solid machine for the price paid.

Replaced my desktop computer that was 12 years old. Expected it to be harder to do and that I would have to a lot of transferring. Geek Squad did all the heavy lifting and I just had to hook up new one and I was off and running. Best support ever!

Great product and got excellent service from Geek Squad, having bought the full Geek Squad service package. I purchased a a Dell Inspiron that was on sale. I have not seen the exact desktop on sale for the same or less at any other merchant.

Has been a very good computer, I am partial to dell have had a laptop of theirs for 10 plus years still works only changed battery. The computer is very quick and does multitasking without hesitation. Very good value for the money.

I'm very pleased with my purchase. It can handle working with multiple tabs and programs open, without any slow downs. So far, I have not had any freeze-ups. It comes with a wired keyboard and mouse, which I do not use.

Product is working well now. I bought this product to replace another Dell product that had crashed for the third and last time. This one seems to work better than the last and I hope will give longer and better service than the previous one did.

Great computer. Got it as a replacement for my wife's aging laptop, and it has done very well for he since she's gotten it. She's not a power user by any means, and it moves fast enough for her purposes.

Only been a few days but the Dell desk top appears to be an excellent purchase. It’s more than enough for my wife and I and at a fair price. We purchased a Dell monitor as well.

I’m not very techy a guy at BB suggested this to me and I have to say he knew what he was talking about. I loved being able to pick my own monitor size to pair with this and at such a great price i couldn’t resist!

Has perfectly served me for my online schooling during the pandemic. Also can handle some of the light video games I like to tinker with but nothing too demanding. Best purchase for a desktop for a busy student.

Not savvy on computers. This hard drive seems to do the job. Only problem is the salesman did not tell me there was no CD drive so I had to purchase an add on to use data saved from my old computer.
