Thanks for your review. We're sorry if you were informed that this desktop has a CD/DVD drive. Unfortunately, the cutout that you can see on this desktop is not for a CD/DVD drive as you may have thought. We would recommend purchasing an external CD/DVD drive from Best Buy such as this one: http://bit.ly/2N8c7bq, if you have a need for a drive.
