Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.the purchase of a new 'dell inspiron' was expensive and disappointing....it replaced a 'dell inspiron' maybe 8 years old.... in the store the young salesman was very helpful and 'thought' the new computer had all the options as the older one...i was too stupid and did not inquire about this...the new one does NOT HAVE THE CD capability.... yes, i planned on using the CDs in the new one as i had been using the older model..... my mistake but i am disgusted.
