Faster processing speeds than older Inspiron this is replacing. More USB ports, too. On the minus side, though there is obviously an opening for one, this unit does not come with a CD/DVD drive installed. Of course, you can buy one to plug in one of the USB ports, but it results in more wires and stuff laying around. Also, less storage capacity in this, so I had to buy an external drive to store photos.

I have owned this desktop for a little over 2 years now and it has been great! Very fast and dependable. Definitely recommend and would buy again.

I needed a new computer since my all-in-one had failed me. So I wanted a desktop. The salesman was helpful though I realized later that this computer did not include a function for DVD's. The Geek Squad people were most helpful in making sure my computer worked before I took it home. So far my computer is working well and I am happy. I am not one who is technically savvy so I use it for basic needs and am satisfied. Thanks to Best Buy.

Great PC. With all of my files stored on Dropbox it is no longer necessary to have a full gig of hard drive. Set up was easy. Start up is fast. I'm a very happy customer.

The desktop was exactly as described--easy to set up, fast, efficient. The only downside was the cheap mouse and keyboard that came with it. I upgraded both

My new Inspiron seems half the size of my old Inspiron but five times more powerful and much faster. The wireless keyboard and mouse are wonderful. Really gives me much more freedom. And my wireless Bose headphones are fantastic, but the Bose speakers are really remarkable. How can all that sound come from modest boxes? And it all fits on a desk top and file cabinet once crowded with room to spare. Hope to fill that with a new HP Envy printer and a new remote drive. I do wish the CD DVD drives would have been installed in the computer but I think I'll do fine with a good independent device.

Works great. So much faster than my old computer. I was definitely in need of a new one. Easy to use for a 76-year-old. I suggest that you buy a wireless mouse and keyboard as they give you a regular one. ( why?) It's small so it doesn't take up much room. I wanted one with a disc player and the salesman said this had it but it didn't. Beware if it has an opening for one to check if actually has one. Some models come with a DVD player but most don't. I bought an external one so I am good to go.

Great desktop computer for families. Enough storage to have games photos and important apps. Definitely recommend

fast, good buy for the money. easy set up. Only have used for one month, but so far great.

East setup, snappy performance with SDD. More than adequate for home use and light business. Not a gaming machine. A little tricky configuring the "combo audio" jack on front of computer to "line in" but I figured it out. The only watch out isn't the machine - but do read up on how OneDrive works with computer. My old computer had one drive - but it was more limited in what it handled - you might not want one drive storing everything.

This is a great little computer. Fast with the SSD and 12 GB Memory. Bought this when my older computer died. Had purchased a couple of similar 3880 Dell computers with the 1TB hard drives for family members, but wanted to try out one with the 256 SSD and it is fast. For the money, these 3880 Desktop computers do very well.

Works great and was easy to set up and start using. Much faster than my old one.
