    Nice Little DELL Workstation

This desktop was a replacement for a small office computer. It definitely outperforms with all the software that I have to use with it. Stable unit (been using from March 2021) no issues with Windows 10 and also the Windows 11 upgrade. Unit behaves and runs as it should. Note NO CD/DVD drive at all. I highly recommend this unit for home or small home office use

Dell is still one of the few computers I'd recommend, even though their support is lousy! These newer units are sufficient for most home or business use, they're getting smaller and lighter (and that's okay), and for the price, I'd say this is still about the best deal I could find locally, or even straight from Dell. Thanks, BestBuy, you're still staying competitive.

A powerful PC for people who work from home. My work requires the use of multiple windows across multiple screens and desktops. The mouse and keyboard are the typical low quality type that I would recommend replacing immediately.

This PC like most others is incorporating laptop tech with traditional pc tech to create a more powerful and lighter device that consumes less electricity than a traditional PC. All storage is electronic not magnetic and this lowers electrical costs while increasing speed and reliability. I got this for a friend and he is very pleased with the results!

It was very fast until I installed an external DVD writer. I was surprised when I got a printer and went to install the printer and found that the computer did not have a CD drive. Something I did not see at the store and the salesman failed to mention.

Good medium range desktop for businesses

This is a nice quick computer if you need to upgrade your current business computer. There's nothing to it on the inside - basically a laptop's guts with a power supply and desktop RAM. If you take the 8gb and 4gb sticks of RAM that it comes with and put in 32gb (2x16) of corsair which you can usually find on the shelf at most bestbuys, the machine completely flies. Pretty impressive load times and applications launch instantly. The only thing is the price. It's a decent value at around 649. Not a great value but it's nice to be able to walk int a store and walk out with one, but some other stores have recently had an HP desktop with identical specs for 479, about 200 bucks less on average.

I recently purchased this Dell Inspiron 3880 desktop at Best Buy after reading numerous reviews. This Dell is absolutely perfect for my business needs. I am amazed how fast and quiet this computer is. Also the WiFi and bluetooth work seamlessly. Completely satisfied with my purchase at Best Buy.

It does everything needed for basic office duties and more. Decent price but disappointed that it didn't come with a monitor or the fact I had to buy a separate disk drive because they discontinued the built in cd drive for all desktops which was a disappointment. That's why I gave it 4 stars.

This is my third Inspiron and purchased it due to the performance and longevity of the others. It has plenty of USB 3.0 connections front and back and is easily expandable. The keyboard and mouse could have been left out of the box as no one uses wired anymore for the most part. Finally the 256G SSD could have been bigger but it keeps the cost down on the model.

I don't understand all the computer lingo other than I was used to having a lot of storage capacity in my earlier towers, I was very disappointed to find that this has very little so you are forced to use the cloud [no way for me] or have an auxiliary storage device. I took out the top cover plate to slip in the aux drive and ran a cable down to the USB ports - which are very poorly placed and difficult to see as is the on/off switch. Like most people, I keep the computer tower on the FLOOR, not my desktop. I still have a lot of CD's, so there's another external device. I would not recommend this unit for a small business operator.

Great value for the sale price System is fast enough & responsive for personal & work related tasks which is what I needed. A vast improvement over a 9 year old Dell. I happened to be in the store while there was a sale on Dell products which made this a no brained At full price, I might have deferred the purchase. If time allows always wait for the sale

It's a good value buy. I used to be into the huge tower gaming PCs. I don't have much use for that anymore. When my last gaming PC finally quit on me, we needed something that could handle day to day tasks with some occasional office tasking sprinkled in. I haven't seen any bottlenecking in any key area. So, I'm a happy customer for the price I paid.

    New equipment replacing old.

I had to order by phone, and looking at the computer it looked like it had a Cd/DVD player on it, but it did not. I thought it would be a simple switch from my Dell that crashed, but that also wasn't the case. I thought I had signed up for a year for Geek to come out, I even called the store. But when he got here he said it was the wrong contract and had me call and cancel. Made it sound like when he came back it would only be $50.00 or so, it cost me $371.00, someone talks with not too much honesty. He also told me none of my wireless would work as it was outdated, I thought wireless would be compatible! He said "NO". My husband set this up before he past away almost four years ago. I know I am old and on oxygen But didn't think I was that bad off. Bought lots from you, phone equipment, all my other needs, and paid cash for most, but, not really a happy camper on this one. I don't know if I really needed all the things. Thank you.

This is a nice PC, very easy to get started and running. While we did not need the keyboard it was used on another PC and has a nice feel to it. Once we have set it up the way we like it I find it to be appreciably faster than our old one. Dell makes it easy for automatic updates.

Performs well and runs super quiet. I use mine as a host for VMs in my lab and it works well. Will probably need to add more ram eventually to run more machines. Only issue I have with this device is the way you have to mount hard drives in the case and lack of areas to place them.

Been using this computer for over a week now and for the price this is a great PC with enough CPU, RAM, and storage to handle any basic tasks. The Nvme SSD is amazing and makes the computer boot fast. The computer does come with DELL software installed and some other programs I will never use, so I uninstalled them to free up some additional space. If you plan on doing any upgrades or add a GPU I would search for a different computer unless you also want to change out the Power Supply.
