Started working from home due to pandemic and I needed something to tackle my day to day job duties. This along with my other purchases has made my everyday easier. Knowing I have the power and speed needed to get my job done will ensure I'm a leader amongst my peers.

Purchased to replace ailing 9 yr old Dell tower that had 1TB space. This purchase wasn't first choice, but selection was limited and we needed a new desktop. So understand that we settled on this. So far, its running well without issue. Can not speak to long term reliability - have only had for ~ 6weeks Cons: No CD/DVD drive. Tower has a slot for it?! But nothing behind it. Had to purchase an external plug in drive. Only 256GB - with data transfer, its nearly 1/2 full - old computer had 1TB. May have to pursue adding to hard drive, purchase an external back up drive, or utilizing more cloud based storage with certainly is a better option now than it was before.

It was very easy to set up and works fine. It's a little workhorse. It's pretty fast for the internet, streaming and playing online games. The only downside is it doesn't have a built-in CD/DVD drive. You have to purchase a portable one

I had an older Dell desktop that stopped working and so I needed to get a new one. I was immediately drawn to this model, when I saw it in the store and bought it. The staff at my Best Buy store was very helpful with that and made sure that the files from the old computer were properly transferred to the new one. I have had the new one for several weeks now and am still impressed with how quick it performs. Thank you Best Buy. Bob C.

Dell had always been dependable for us. So when my husband wanted to upgrade his old computer we went shopping at Best Buy. This was a solid machine at a great price. My husband is very happy with the speed and ease of use.

Subsequently I have bought the same computer with a built in DVD which has read and write ability. This was not available in store. You can buy a USB to plug into the computer. Nevertheless, it is a fast and reliable computer at a good price.

quick machine for the price , no optical drive which is no big deal dell has come up and now i choose dell over hp anytime. few years ago hp was # 1 and now dell takes the cake . great for school work and gaming . this maching is no slouch.

Easy to setup and quite fast. The sync feature allows comms from the old Dell to the new...saving all settings and chosen parameters. Looks like it will do everything I need in a simple home "office" setting.

So far I’m loving it! It is a easy to use desktop with enough speed to handle zoom, music downloads, emails and other basic functions. It was very easy to put together and the actual setup was effortless.

Nice compact desktop computer. Apparently I was too eager to purchase because I missed the fact that it doesn't have a DVD/CD Player. I had an external one I could plug it. Quick computer. I like it.

So far so good. it’s pretty quick. Also small enough to shelf it so it’s not under your feet with spaghetti wires all over the place. I do wish it had another hdmi port. It’s 2020, I’mkinda irritated having to still buy adapters.

Love my Dell tower. Just started working remote permanently and I needed a quick and reliable computer to meet my productivity everyday. It’s perfect for my needs, very affordable and was delivered very quickly.

Snappy little machine and eligible for Windows 11 upgrade. I've loaded up photoshop CC and lightroom CC and done quite a bit of photo editing on here... This thing is a great value.

Was purchased for someone looking for a nice pc and they are very pleased. I am not surprised since I always buy Dell PC's and always will. Dependable and quiet. Nice build, small & compact.

BEST SOUNDING AUDIO EVER! I was shocked by great sounding audio from my mp3 music collection I have amassed over the years! If you look closely you will find a switch in your settings to process extra data to enhance audio quality. It really is the BEST! Good computer. I am very happy! I looked at a crappy HP computer, but the stupid On and Off switch was impossible to use. This Dell computer has an On and Off switch that is EASY to use. I was surprised to find that the CD/DVD Optical drive was missing. I like spinning discs and will have to add the hardware myself. This is a Solid State Drive. It is very fast! Plenty of USB ports available. You will need them to attach the extra stuff you will need.

Great computer for the price. Replaced my 8 year old machine with this one that im using while WFH. Fast boot up. I hate the keyboard, but the machine is a nice upgrade from my old desktop.

Purchased this computer on sale, it is fast and well worth the price. We are using this as a CCTV client and it runs the software fast. The specs are good for the price. We don't have any complaints as of yet.

Great computer! Haven't had it long, but so far so good! Boots up extremely fast. I wasn't crazy about having a wired keyboard and mouse again, but I need that for my work at home job. I must say I think my typing speed has improved this past week with the keyboard that's included - it has a great feel!! As for the computer itself I think for the price it was a great deal and I think it will last for a long time.

Our old computer was rebooting every couple of hours all by itself. So it was time to replace it. This Dell desktop was on a great sale, it is much faster, had more memory, and is dependable.

This computer is small and compact. It has a lot of storage space . You won't have to worry about running out of room. It moves from screen to screen quickly.
