I am well satisfied. However, I had not noticed when I made the purchase that the computer had no optical drive. I will need to get one installed or get an external drive if available. During set up somehow, several of the desktop icons turned white. The functions are not affected as far as I can tell.

So far so good. Bought this 2 weeks ago and havent gotten off of it since. It's a real game changer going from a laptop to a desktop but I feel this desktop took it even further. I can finally play games with my friends. I havent been able to in years! My wifi is very bad but it picks it up and uses it flawlessly

Overall the purchase was a positive experience. Online ordering was easy and delivery was fast and on time. The only negative part of the purchase was the free software that was "included" in the purchase bundle; the software never showed up in My Library, so I was not able to access it.

Would rate it 5 stars but I thought it had a dvd disk drive on the top but it doesn’t look like it does. Otherwise it is a very good pic for gaming and schoolwork. It can run Valorant, over watch, among us, the sims 4, and Minecraft pretty well.

I bought this to replace the one I had. The hard drive crashed. The computer is great and does all I need it to do. The only problem is there was not a cd r/w but that was a small thing.

Going from an Imac system back to Windows and though its been a bit stressful, Im getting to do much better day by day. I originally bought an HP but returned it within a couple of days. This Dell will be much better and more of the Ham Radio programs I need to download. Thanks to a real winner!

My old Dell tower crashed and needed to be replaced. The Geek Squad was extremely helpful in choosing a replacement and retrieving my old data. My new computer was ready to go and only needed a few cables hooked up when I got home. Super easy. Super helpful team. And great choice.

Set up was easy, however I have not moved old documents from the old computer. The fact that you have to subscribe and purchase software apps and virus protection separately was a little annoying. I haven't purchase a computer in quite a while so that might just be the new norm.

I like the Computer Tower a lot. It is fast and snappy. I wish it had more SSD storage, 256 GB is just not enough. I appreciate all the USB ports, but wonder why they all are not latest type 3. Have just run into regrets on lack of a CD/DVD Writer, but am doing well with an external!

I really like the Dell especially since it is a desktop and not huge. I was disappointed that there was no dvd player or that I could not buy one to fit into the dell. I was able to buy an external dvd. I understand streaming is the new way to do things but we live in a rural area.

very good unit starts up quick and moves fast. Only issue is I have a multifunction printer to fax and this does not have a phone line port in the back. Also the set up instructions to plug in the cables is very small and not very user friendly a larger diagram would have been appreciated.

nice stuff It was nice to buy this computer from Best Buy a help me for my study in school and help me to my research. I refer to people get the song printer with that and I would like a make a comment if hes come with your cable bottles and a most spotless evil be nice.

We needed a PC in a hurry, and with the conditions at the time, we were forced into buying anything that was available. This one performs well but, being a Dell, it came overloaded with bloatware.
