Happy with new Dell

The speed is a huge improvement over our older Dell desktop. The service we received was great and all our questions were easily answered. A big shout out to the Geek Squad staff, all 1st rate!

Making A Good Decision and a Great Choice

Of course, the new computer took some time getting used to, but now I simply love it. The Dell - Inspiron 3880 is wonderful.

Solid performer!

I'm using it as a front-office computer for our reception desk - paired with dual monitors it both looks and works great! Plenty of power to run all their their software!

Mcafee not welcome

Why does Mcafee feel they can send pop ups, run programs when i never signed up for their trial offer. It is an infringement on my personal space on my personal computer.

So far I love my new Dell.

The included Windows 11 was easy to setup and has some nice new features. I also like how Dell includes software to help keep your PC up to date!

The attempted online purchase did not work when the BestBuy site would not accept my perfectly good credit card. I had to phone in the order. That expanded a 15 minute transaction into over an hour.

New Computer

Had to add a sound card and DVD/CD ROM. Very happy with the results because this computer came with Windows 11 and is lightning fast.

I love my Dell!

I wish it had openings for disks, but I purchased a disk drive that plugs in to a USB port so I solved that. I do like the Hotspot Shield very much. The price was especially good, very reasonable.

Love my Squad

We're particularly happy that our new home page so closely resembles the old home page that we'd become so used to seeing. We don't know to this day exactly what caused the problem that made it necessary to get a new desktop, but we do know that we made the right choice
