January 15th I set a thank you email to your great Geek Squad representative, Delia Albers, thanking her for her help and expertise finding the "best" solution to our in home computer needs. She listens well, makes open recommendations based on fact and gets back to you in a timely manner . In short, She is an asset to your team.

NO CD DRIVE

Love those Geeks

We're particularly happy that our new home page so closely resembles the old home page that we'd become so used to seeing. We don't know to this day exactly what caused the problem that made it necessary to get a new desktop, but we do know that we made the right choice.
