The price was a little expensive, but it worked well for her needs. Wish it had win10 vs win11, as she had to learn an entire new OS right away, spent an extra couple days helping her learn that and could have waited.

It appeared to have a CD drive, but it was just a facade on the front of the tower.

I expected more from Dell

When I looked to see if there was a problem, you can tell it's made very cheaply. I have always bought HP in the past and will go back to them when I repurchase.
