Generally satisfied with Dell Inspiron

Laptop is light-weight, Windows 11 with first service package seems to function well, set-up and migration of files was no problem, even without the software package offered at extra cost (didn't buy). The only complaint is the sensitivity of the keyboad and pad. Tried to reduce the sensitivity, but no luck thus far. Operations are triggered that are not desired or intended. Purchases this model from Best Buy because the computer matched the specs we were looking for. Custom outfitting on Dell's website required upgrades we didn't want to get the specs we did want.

The battery strength varies though a couple hold their charge for a few hours others for about and hour with the same usage..

Love the Dell products

I have been using Dell for years at work and at home, and I love the product. It's simple and easy to use and I have not had to have any hardware repair work on any of my Dell laptops in all the years of using them.

Nice Laptop
