    Very pleased with my new Dell. I am a first time Dell buyer. My only complaints about this laptop is that it doesn't have the 17" screen I prefer, battery life is typically only about 4 hours and it doesn't have a cd drive (not that I often would use one). I switched to Dell after having countless problems with the later HP systems. This new Dell is very fast and easy to setup. I would definitely recommend.

    Purchased this refurbished from Best Buy with no hesitation. This is my 3rd time purchasing a refurbished laptop from Best Buy. It is great for my child to use for school.

    The display wasn't right from the beginning. I brought it to the Geek Squad and they adjusted it, but in the process got an error message. Fast forward 3 days and I had problems turning it on. I returned it and got a Samsung.
