The laptop is light weighted that meets my requirement. At the same time, the battery life is long lasting and it usually can last at least 7 hours. It was easily able to connect to my WIFI, TV, printer, and wireless mouse. I don't run high end games or intense programs but usually have several windows open at once (i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook, Chrome et.al.) and notice no performance issues.

Love the device. Performs wells under a heavy work load. Durable as well.

After using this laptop for some time now I can say that it is a great laptop. I have had no issues and I use it to go online, stream movies, use MS Teams, and work on spreadsheets. Some people complained about fan noise and when set to performance the fan can be loud. I switched my performance setting and it has not been an issue since.

Seems pretty fast, and the SSD is plenty big. The main thing I see as a sacrifice is the lack of a touchscreen. While many people won’t care, I have developed a habit of incorporating touch into my usage of computers, even when sitting at my desk using a mouse and external keyboard.

I bought this for my son who goes away to college. Very light weight, great screen, goes all the way to borders, also seems to hold charge for quite some time. He leaves in about a month, I will let you know how it performs. Also very powerful. Keys are lit up and spell quality.

System is performing just advertised. Very responsive and fast. I did want to upgrade the RAM but found that was not possible. Yhe Liy Keyboard is such a life saver in the evenings and bed time. I can work easily in bed and the lightweight of this device is also a great bonus.

This is great laptop, fast speed, light weight. I would like for it to have a CD player and either net port but you can work without it. I truly recommend this laptop to anyone looking for a fast and reliable computer.

This is an excellent Dell laptop at this price level and build quality. Very reminiscent of their latitude series that are over $1000. Great build quality, speed, battery life.

Amazing laptop that was on sale. What I like about this laptop is that it is fast. It doesn’t take long to load. I also like how light it is. Nothing I dislike about it yet!

Lightweight design and affordable that can be considered from more expensive XPS model. Will not play games and heavy applications as this one is designed for everyday computing. Fingerprint sensor system still fails but alternative logon security is still offered. I wish RAM is expandable but 8GB is enough. Display screen is descent and bright with an impressive battery life. Keyboard has excellent tactile feel and trackpad is just ok. Comes with a USB-C chargeras well as high speed USB A ports for peripherals. Will never go wrong for style and budget.

Was pleasantly surprised by this laptop. Normally, this build quality is reserved for the higher-end XPS series. Solid build, aluminum chassis, yet, very light. The screen is sharp and bright. You may find it uncomfortable using outside on a sunny day. Other than that, no complaints Intel's Core i7 makes sure your daily tasks run smoothly. Although I would say 8Gb is a bottleneck on an otherwise great machine. You may want to consider installing another 8Gb once you purchase this laptop. Lack of a numeric pad is not a deal breaker and was not expected anyway considering the size of this laptop. Overall, this is a great computer for your day-to-day needs

Love this laptop! Setup was easy. The battery life is long once fully charged, the speed is fast and the display is beautiful. Great for at home and work!

much better than other brands with same price. i use it to work from home and only con i can say is that keybord is a little bit small. its also pretty good for gaming

Great laptop. It is so light! Makes my other laptop feel like a brick. It is super fast loading web pages. It works great for zoom meetings, voice and video.

This laptop would have been adequate for most essential needs, such as internet usage and document editing. Our original reason for buying the laptop was for schoolwork, not for gaming, but when we discovered that it was unable to play the Raft video game without lagging, we decided to return it. We ended up spending a little more to get a different laptop (the HP Omen) that could handle gaming in addition to the fundamentals.

I love this little laptop. It is very light and easy to use. The only negative is the keys are a bit hard to see.

I have only used this laptop for a little over a month, however thus far it is fantastic. It is much faster than my 4 year old Latitude even though it has a similar Intel processer. The reason, I believe it is the drive. I no longer have a loud fan noise running most of the time. The lead time from Dell was 5 to 6 weeks to build my own machine. This system was in stock at Best Buy at a fair price. I placed my order on line and picked it up that day!
