Bad motherboard and no parts available

He has been using it well but 18 months into it and its motherboard went bad. I have had Dell computers last for more than 6 years, but this one was no good. I can't find the parts either.

Loud Fan At first

Even after I put it in sleep mode, the fan would not stop. I just left it there for few hours, and it finally calm down. After that first time, it has not shown any other issues as of yet. Hopefully it was only one time thing. Other than that, it is very light and comfortable to use.

1. Restart your Dell PC.
2. When the Dell logo appears, press F12 key to enter One-time Boot Menu.
3. Use the arrow keys to select Diagnostics and press Enter key on the keyboard.
4. Follow the on-screen prompts and respond appropriately to complete the diagnostics.

Dell not this time

Also, had trouble with Chrome working. I tried modifying the virus software ( Webroot) but still couldn't get it to open consistently. Returned this for the ASUS Vivobook, all black, and am happy now.
