Battery life is great, bright screen, good feeling keyboard, unfortunately it is difficult to see what the keys say on the keyboard. Not a big issue for someone who knows the keyboard.

So I'm liking my new Dell ❣❣❣ The reason for me having to get my Dell laptop was because the other laptop battery life was going down really fast even when i wasn't using it. The dell battery life so far is treating me good .

I love it, the picture is great for playing my games, and and watching entertainments as well. It does over heat and I don't hear the fan kick on at all, which I find strange but I don't have any issues with lack cause of that

I am a little skeptical of this laptop. Coming from a MAC there are plenty programs I am able to use, but it keeps on freezing or wanting to update.

So far I really like this computer. I still have to get some software installed, but otherwise, it’s a great size and weight. Small enough to take anywhere.

Perfect for work laptop. Ease of use, medium size design, touch screen is helpful for in office use with clients for E- signatures.

Great computer - no complaints. It was a little smaller in person than I anticipated, but it's an excellent compact size while still easy to work on. My office uses Dell Inspirions as work computers and I recommend them to everyone.

Love this new laptop: nice small size. Handy back light keys. Unfortunately it makes the keys a little less clear during the day time. Light in weight. Easy to take with me. Geek Squad set the laptop up for me and installed the needed programs.

I got this computer to do some Office at work home which it had been great for. But in addition to work, the 2 in 1 feature had me using it more and more for entertainment. It is very light weight and thin. Enjoying using it!

I want to like this laptop, but there’s so many small things holding it back. Performance wise it does everything I need. It runs my CAD software fine and it runs sketchup too. I can browse the web fine and have as many tabs open as I need. Performance for me isn’t an issue with this laptop, but it’s the quality of it. The day after I got it I’ve started encountering odd shut offs and random technical errors which other users have been reporting. The build quality on it also seems to be hit or miss. My track pad is a bit loose so there’s a noticeable wobble whenever I click which is starting to get annoying. The finger print feature also doesn’t seem to work either, no matter how many times I set it up. The space bar also has a dead spot so in a certain area it won’t pickup your tapping and nothing will happen. I thought I was crazy but after testing it out my suspicions have been confirmed. The biggest thing however is I get nervous whenever I close it since it’s either going to work fine the next time I need it or it’ll encounter another startup error. Honestly, I’d say it’s really hit or miss on the quality of the laptop you’ll receive. Some people have had this laptop for months and haven’t had any problems. Other people have had it for days and it’s already falling apart. Seems to be a big quality issue with production which needs to be addressed. I still recommend it since it’s a heck of a great machine for the price but I just which the build quality was better.

Laptop Dell is a good purchase. Had a company Dell laptop for many years no quality issues. It would be nice to have a few more USB ports instead of only 1. It was purchased for heavy duty use. Easy to start and touchscreen is great.

I’ve had this laptop for a little over a year, my only issue I had with it is that it seems to die pretty fast. But other than that, I love this laptop I hope it lasts as long as the laptop I had before. The laptop I had before lasted me about eight years. this one is obviously much more up-to-date, very light, and very convenient, depending on whether or not I want to use as a laptop or as a tablet.

Very nice laptop/tablet! It took a while to get the email moved but I'm happy now! It is light weight and has a long battery life!

i love this computer, it’s smaller than i expected but i really like the size now. it’s easy to carry around or throw in my book bag. the screen size is great and so are the graphics. it runs well and the battery life is great

This Dell 2-in-1 is exactly what I needed to update an older Thinkpad. It's fast and reliable. Had a scare with a corrupted BIOS update the other day. Dell tech support was knowledgeable, helpful, and courteous.

I was hesitant at first due to size of screen, but I love it. It starts immediately and flips from laptop to tablet effortlessly. Definitely a great purchase and price was great!

So far it is everything I want. It is really fast and easy-to-use. I would definitely recommend this laptop. It is very well made and I love the color. It has plenty of storage space and was priced right.

pretty decent laptop, it's light weight which is one of the best features. I like the ability to turn the screen around and turn it into a tablet. Great for light gaming, for work, or even school work.
