Have been looking for a good computer, that is fast and doesnt lock up with too many windows open. I am trying to figure out all the features, and how things work though. Would like to know some web sites to go to for instructions. Have been to Windows tips and tricks, etc. I thought Dell may have some instruction manuals, but only found ones on the computer "insides" and build, such as how to add more ram, etc.

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have many of the older version of this laptop and this new one is slightly smaller due to the screen now extending to edge (but same basic screen size as before) and so far seems like a solid machine. The only thing I don't like is the brushed aluminum keys which are much harder to see in medium to low-light situations than the older black keys. Backlighting is good in the dark but in low-light is pretty much useless.

The size is exactly what I was looking for and it boots up quickly. It has been great for my needs which are web surfing and attending zoom meetings.

Yea, one expensive beer! This works fine, its met the requirements, but was the only option we had around us for what we wanted. The battery doesn't last as long as my son's 2 year old MacBook air but thats at the genius bar being repaired. I really wish the charger was a USB-C like so may other electronics are going to now...

The only reason I give it four stars is the touchpad doesn't work correctly 100% of the time. Sometimes it is very slow to respond, so I just use a mouse most of the time. The fan inside runs a lot and is somewhat noisy when in a quiet environment. I would still recommend this laptop as a good laptop and a good buy.
