I have a huge aversion to chromebooks so I am very satisfied with this little beauty. It has finger recognition and Alexa. Plus it has a neat little camera cover built into the laptop! No need to buy an attachment or use tape anymore. I like it so much very sleek and good battery life. I use it for doing my crafts so it’s perfect for me. Works so well with my needs. Couldn’t be happier.

We wanted small and light with some power and this has it all. Great hard drive capacity for an SSD in a small footprint along with the 8GB or RAM this machine had everything we were looking for, including tablet mode with a touchscreen. Cannot say enough about the performance! It boots extremely fast, thanks to the SDD and hums along when doing your basic browsing, email and Office 365 functions. Great machine for the price!

Only disappointment is the 15 months for 365 was kind of deceptive. You have to purchase a year to get 15 months, and I had to call Microsoft because it didnt even give me the 3 months free. For 99 Best Buy should include in purchase.

On the night on 12/23/20 at 11pm I got an email saying the computer I ordered that was to be delivered the next day from another company was cancelled. The computer was the only Christmas gift for my grandson. Best Buy to the rescue I ordered and picked up a better computer from the Germantown store the following day(Christmas Eve). Thank you for saving the day the look of joy on my grandsons face is something I will remember for life.
