Inspiron 7000 2 in 1 touchscreen

It has several ports and a lighted keyboard. It is light but not flimsy. I am not a gamer and I don't need much power. The i5 and the 8GM Ram is plenty for surfing the web and sending emails and running the programs I need for my business needs. I have used the "tablet" option a couple of times and I have used the touch screen option. No problems with anything. A good value.

Avoid at all costs; terrible model from Dell

First one, touchscreen broken. Everytime after startup, within fifteen minutes, touchscreen would on its own start opening and closing windows button and constantly moving mouse to lower left corner. Dell support worked on it remotely for two days but could not fix. Second one kept doing blue screen of death and on restart would say system memory error. Third one heated up so much that it burned my fingers on keyboard and lap if put laptop on my lap. Fan ran loud and always, yet was overburning out of box. Horrible quality. Skip it.

Horrible experience with Dell Inspiron 7306

It's a horrible laptop. Since beginning I faced issues with the laptop base and keypad getting very hot during use and I can't use it over my lap 99% of time and then the issues with BIOS. And now Hard drive issues, in the middle of my class a siren kind of alarm is triggered with an error Hard drive not found. It scares everyone around. I won't recommend this to anyone.

I did have a issue with a tech uninstalling McAfee & installing Webroot. I had to go online with the Geek Squad to resolve the problem and it's working fine now.

I wish that it had more choices for protective cases. It is fast enough to keep up with what he does in middle school. Its just big enough and does the job well.
