This laptop worked well for the first 6 months, It is always on the desk, it never moves from there, handled with care , it is not exposed to heavy work one day, the lid came off, the screen came off!! after that, I contacted Dell to report this issue and the answer was; as the issue is hardware damage related and not covered in the existing warranty! Worst purchase ever, don’t waste your money! Poor quality is not covered sorry! ! Bye bye Dell

It was for a Hard drive that they were suppose to download of my old computer and there is nothing on it. Only thing I had backed up my geneaoloy and got it on paper. So I am covred.

Easy to get loaded for use, nice keypad. Display, although small, is very clear. Purchased to replace an old desktop and also to be versatile to use as a tablet. Using a wireless mouse as I really don’t like the mouse on any keypad. Very happy with it at this point.

An improvement from previous editions. Keyboard lettering is hard to read, Sound quality is only fair. It is a bit heavy,

I’m Honestly blown away by this laptop and it’s performance. This laptop has all the categories that you want to meet in a laptop At an affordable price. This laptop can do everything from workstation needs to gaming. If you’re in the market for a laptop for I highly suggest just this one.

Honestly I love my computer. I use it for school and you can use it as a tablet to take notes. The video quality is amazing. Sound isn’t as loud as I wish but I can use Bluetooth headphones if I want to.

Great value and performance but keyboard letters and numbers are almost impossible to see during the day due to reflection from screen. Screen could be brighter.

I absolutely love my laptop. It’s perfect for what I need it for. The only thing I don’t like is the fact that I bought the extra protection, but I still get pop-ups.

Love the looks , the speed of it. When it's working, it's a great product, but it crashes often for no apparent reason.

I purchased a Dell laptop. The staff at Best Buy were extremely helpful and courteous. The Geek squad did an excellent job of setting up and moving all my data from my old laptop.

Bought for my daughter who is a college student. Fast and reliable computer. Plenty of storage and power to run multiple apps at the same time. Built solid for the college life !!

Everything was OK until today that it wasn't working, suddenly it didn't turn on and the battery turn low...then it worked, but I don't know what happened!

very hard to see letter keys! I can't type without looking, the keys just blend in. Have to adjust screen forward to be able to see letters. I should've checked keyboard out before buying this one! Thought about returning it, not sure how that would work. as far as getting refund. or some credit on a different lap top! Not too happy with this one. Not sure how to fix this or just have to deal..

No issues with newly purchased Dell. This is my third Dell in the last 12 years. I typically work in both an office and outdoor setting.

I had this laptop less than 24 hours. It gets hot too fast. I returned it and got a lenovo yoga

Bought open box, the laptop was quick and easy to use, but it kept overheating. If buying, buy it new.

So far so good. You can use it too as tablet. The only complaint is that the battery will last for only 5hours unless you will configure it to time saver.
