    I needed a laptop urgently so decided to buy from Bestbuy instead of Dell website. It did come faster than the other one I ordered from Dell more than a week ago. However, I ordered an open box - excellent condition but received a satisfactory condition instead: scratch, no charger cord, no AC adapter. Had to return the laptop because I don't have any charger that works for this one. Customer service was nice and apologized for the inconvenient (stars are for that), explaining that the system doesn't specify the condition of the ordered laptop (that doesn't make sense to me, but okay). Not sure if I should try to order again - worried it will be a waste of time if they ship the wrong one again :/

    The Best Buy sales clerk was great, the computer turned out to be a dud with something broken on the mobo on it. Returned it for an exchange, Geek Squad guys very helpful in facilitating. New one seems to be fine after 24hours. Score: Best Buy staff 5 stars, Dell 2 stars.
