Just got this 2 in 1 laptop as a replacement for the previous Dell laptop with the same screen size. the new one is much lighter and smaller as the screen is almost edge to edge with a very minimal border in comparison to the older model yet it still maintains the same screen size. the older one is a great machine so I expect this one to perform just as well. I prefer this units to the windows surface as they are a better value with more capacity for the price point, especially with the new smaller foot print.

It tends to overheat after about an hour of continuous usage and the screen is a little dark. However, it's speed, functionality, and portability is great.

My daughter needed a touchscreen laptop for college, and this one is great. Quick laptop, runs cool, super lightweight with decent battery life. The screen also pivots the device into a tablet. She loves it

It's a little bit smaller than most laptops, but that also means it's easy to transport and easily doubles as a tablet. Otherwise all the functions are great, and the lit up keyboard is a nice touch. It's also neat that you can sync up your phone to it and in addition to being able to operate everything by touch screen, you can also use voice commands.

Hey everyone, To start, i'll say I bought the wrong laptop, but this laptop does what I need it to do. I kept it even if it doesn't have a THE STYLUS. lol. I add my vpn, plug in hdmi cable for 1+ or devices for 2+ monitor use , has microsoft apps, McAfee ( both subscription required for all use), and I am enjoying it's fold to tablet benefit. Week 1, didn't have any issues, got to know the laptop. Week 2, the screen began to turn off and back on twice. It became an every day thing, more than once a day, and it got annoying. Called Dell Tech Support, and they were, in my opinion, great. They emailed, called, and followed up. I felt cared for as a customer having tech issues that I tried to fix but failed to. Rep asked to partner up to troubleshoot. I understood, agreed to help, and after several attempts it got better. However, there were still moments where the screen would go black and return. Now week 3 & 4, it has been about 24 hours since the last time the screen went blank and returned. Looking forward to the screen issue being resolved. Laptop Crashes sometimes & it autorestarts. Hopefully it doesn't crash in middle of a big project. I'll keep auto save on. Battery life, is not that bad. It lasts for more than enough hours and should probably be fully charged before unplugging it if other customers want the most out of the battery life. Dock icons can get crowded and cause multiple rows to be created. Lastly, it does only have one USB slot, so either i'll have to buy a device to use wireless keyboard & mouse simultaneously or one at a time. That's all. :)

For the money, this laptop feels sturdy, and has decent pep for the price. It has enough RAM and disk space to meet the needs of normal users, and has some impressive features like the touchscreen, backlit keyboard, i5 processor, and styling that eerily resembles a Macbook Pro. Nothing about this laptop felt cheap although I'm not a huge fan of the color matched keyboard, but that's just personal preference. I purchased this product for a family member that has basic computer skills, but likes laptops. I would definitely recommend this laptop for the price.

First call me old school. I like being able to see and test a computer in the store where I can compare it to other models. This 7000 series felt superior to others on display in its class. Very happy with its compact size and light weight. Same screen size as an older 7368 model we have in the house but significantly smaller size. Very good performance as well.

I love this laptop, it is so small and sleek which means that I can carry it anywhere! The touchscreen comes in handy with the reversible keyboard so that I can use the computer as a tablet when needed for studying or other things. The computer speed is great, I have not experienced any technical issues so far either. One thing that I can say is that the screen's brightness when outside in the sunlight can be better but overall it is manageable.

Great laptop! Lightweight, easy to use and has all the basics. Love that I was able to connect my Bluetooth printer, AirPods, and cell phone. Great for videos and has a camera cover for privacy. Love that u can turn the screen around if u need to show it to someone. Color was a great pick. Touch screen is great. Able to use my stylus pen. Great overall.

Easy to use, fast, and has a good feel keyboard. Froze once and wouldn’t give me a power option (sleep, restart, shut down) which was weird. Overall great laptop. Slim design and light weight. I use it for school work. Does the trick and the touch screen is a plus. I have yet to use it in tablet mode.

Great overall laptop. Only reason why I gave it 4 stars was b/c of an occasional screen flicker issues. Software updates helped improve this markedly, but it still occurs on occasion. Otherwise, it is a great lightweight laptop with good memory and SSD storage capacity. Touchscreen and backlit keyboard are really nice features.

Compact size--I don't know if that is good or bad at this point. Hard shell--stainless steel--I think. Fires up quickly. Shuts down quickly. One of the biggest misses, in my opinion, is that this laptop comes with only one USB (C) port and no Ethernet adapter. I switched back to LAN line internet in my home years ago. So when I brought this home thinking I was going to be able to set it up quickly I wasn't able to. I had to buy (relatively inexpensively . . . but still and additional hassle and expense . . . or two) a USB Type A ethernet adapter AND one USB C hub with additional USB Type A ports for external hard drives, keyboards, mice, etc. If I had read up on my USB drive technology I could have just purchased a more expensive USB C or Type Aport that had a ethernet port on it in addition to additional USB Type A ports. Otherwise this is a decent laptop.

My husband got this laptop to replace the old one. This offers everything he needs and the size and style fit his lifestyle. The salesperson who helped us steered us from other models we were looking and this was the right choice at a friendlier price point. We are happy with the performance and the capacity of this laptop.

Overall, this laptop is great for what I use it for. I got it on sale so the price was a good deal. The battery life really impressed me, as I can go a while before worrying about having to plug it in. It works great for zoom and the webcam cover is a plus. The only downsides for me are only one usb port and the keyboard can be hard to see sometimes as it is white on silver. This worked well for me as a student and held up when I was using it all day for classes. So far I have not had an issue with the fan overheating as others have expressed and the noise has not seemed too loud.

I am enjoying the smaller size & weight of this 2 in 1. Ive never had a laptip touchscreen & like ut very much. The light colored keys with thin lines of the printed keys are extremely difficult to see. The backlit keys are not at all helpful. I had to purchasea keyboard overlay which works great until you go to fully open it (inverting it) & the ovdrlay falls off. The pressure needed to depress the keyboard contained mouse was unexpected. It certainly slows down my typing. Wondering if there's a setting that can be changed to lighten the pressure needed.
