Do not buy this product

Crashed 1 month barely any usage

Great 13" class 2-1 laptop

GF has a HP 2-1 laptop that she let me use a few times to get some bills paid, and I really enjoyed it. We went to Best Buy and looked at 2-1 laptops. After talking with Zac at the Duluth location I was brought up to speed on all the latest tech. I saw that this Dell model which was the smaller model. I like that it had some of the latest tech going for it. The price was also very attractive. I've been using it for a few hours now, and am very impressed. If you're looking for a nice 2-1 laptop consider this one.

Fan issue

I hope Dell offers fan replacement because it does run hot once you started to have the laptop to perform. It gets the error message about fan not respond correctly and ask you to update BIOS, still no help after updating, disappointed!!

Runs great but has a single overbearing problem
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Ive had this computer for about 3 years now and I gotta say, the computer is really good from a speed, memory and performance standpoint. But the biggest problem I have with this laptop is that the battery life is absolutely horrible. I use this for school and it will hardly last me a single 50 minute class period. I have to haul around my charger everywhere I go to keep it from running out of battery all the time. That is its only flaw. Its battery life is absolutely terrible. If you just want a quick device and use it very quickly, this is good, but dont expect to use it too long before having your charger on a holster.

Great laptop for Great price!!

The only thing is that you have to make sure to do the updates or else any type of bugs will not be fixed. Round of applause to Dell!!

Keyboard issue

I''m a senior and use the laptop for home business and playing games. But the lettering on the keyboard is so faint, I have to turn it at an angle just to see it. The purchase of this laptop replaces another Dell laptop that did not have this issue. So, I'm very disappointed with this purchase.
