I was looking for a compact travel laptop. Did extensive research and zeroes in on few models. This one and XPS 13 was in my list. Happen to see this model on flash sale on BestBuy and picked it up. Extremely happy with this purchase. Laptop is fast and light. Its design is fantastic and compact Bootup time is quick. Laptop is zippy and responsive.

Great computer, I would definitely recommend it to others. It is fast and a great size, I don't like lugging around a huge laptop, so it's great for portability. I also like that it has the privacy shutter over the camera. The touch screen response is great also. It would be nice to have more than one USB port, but most things are Bluetooth now anyway that it's not too much of an issue.

We got this for our daughter to use in college. It was recommended for students. Works great. Still works even though she cracked the screen. Had to buy upgraded charger because something broke in connection port. Probably from abuse; leaving plugged in whiile moving it all around constantly. Long story short still works with all the abuse.

Very nice this laptop, excellent price and quality

This is a great little laptop! I did quite a bit of researching and this had good reviews and everything I wanted. I seems to be very fast and has many extra features that are nice; like Alexa and pairing of your cell phone. The size is great to sit in your lap in laptop or tablet/tent mode. No complaints on this purchase. A speedy little device.

I hope this isn't a duplicate review, had one drafted and it vanished. This little Dell is nearly perfect: small, lightweight, I love the keyboard touch and it has a light-up option also, and it's SSD, no/few moving parts to rattle in travel. The 8 RAM seem plenty, and the 512 GB storage adequate for major files: I keep a 3TB portable hard drive attached for everything (I have zillions of photos and have to be selective, moving only important files into local storage). After a year, when I won't be voiding the warranty, I'll try to have the storage doubled, did that on another laptop and it was wonderful. My only complaints are that there is only 1USB port and no SD card reader! I might glue a USB hub to the lid, plugged in (at present, it's velcroed, bulky) and am searching for how to keep the external card reader within constant reach, maybe in a small baggie taped to the lid....I'd bought this Dell for travel but find I'm using it daily, have never had a problem with Dell. A fine product, and priced right on a slight sale.

Excellent computer that meet my business needs moving into semi-retirement and consulting. Compact enough to throw in a briefcase for traveling, but has the horsepower for a at home docking station and projection to a larger screen. Always had a company issued Dell that I was use to and worked like a champ. "If it ain't broke, don't fix it" . Looked at converting to a Mac or a Surface Pro, but the additional cost, conversion parts and transition just not worth the risk to me. Happy with my choice!

Purchased as a gift for my parents in their 70s. They were really excited with the touchscreen and I loved the price. They are not always computer literate and it seems to be working really well for them.

Bought a hp laptop and it was way to big. She purchased nthis and loves it. It's alot smaller and the touch screen is awesome. The green fold back and over she loves that. It charges quickly. She loves this little dell and I inherited nthe HP laptop which I love. Donuts a win win

Have always has good luck with DELL computers. This one is smaller in size than my previous ones and I like it! Fast, quick to charge and lightweight. Am happy with it thus far. Have only had this computer since the end of July and I'm still learning about all it has to offer.

Pretty happy with this machine, very quick based on the Evo platform, no complaints in the performance sector. Speakers aren't too appealing but they'll get the job done. Build quality is great as well. This thing is small (coming from someone who has always had 15" laptops) a travelers friend.

I live everything, buy the keys lights! It's size, speed and over experience are great, but you have to work in the light. The backlight on the keys of white on silver is hard to see.

Nice small laptop. Not heavy and easy to carry. This laptop is good for kids going back to school or college. Touch screen is nice but finger prints are noticeable.

Great price for a 2in1 computer. Perfect size for on the go business solution. The device meets everyday needs and has a quick processor. Overall a great deal and bang for your buck.

I am a newbie with a computer, but I am figuring things out pretty well! Computer is much faster than the iPad I’ve been using and works great with my “Cricut“ machine. I love the small size and it doesn’t get in the way while working on projects.

Super nice and compact, Exactly the computer I wanted for my gaming table to keep track of different parts of several board games or table top games. I use this thing for looking things up fast or keeping track of different documents.

Purchased this as a work travel computer. Great for quick meetings on the go, lightweight and the touch-screen was the cherry on top! I find my wife streaming movies on it often.

Very good computer for the price. Runs smooth and has a clear display. I use it daily as a college student and I only have to charge it 1-2 times per week. The size of the computer is also excellent for carrying around campus.
