Bestbuy staff was very curteous and helpful answering questions throughout my decision making process. Purchased this for a relative as an upgrade to an older Dell model. Lightweight, easy to set up 2 in 1 laptop with touch screen monitor. Features include intel core i5, 512 GB memory, 8GB ram, and finger print scanner for easy access to the computer.

I love the laptop. It's small enough to carry with me all the time, the speed is great or at least it serves my purpose. Setup was a breeze.

Excellent price for a very quick laptop. Screen Size wasn’t an issue since we use a docking station that connects to multiple displays.

This computer is great! We were trying to find the perfect laptop for my son for college and this is perfect in weight, speed, memory, etc!

Highly portable and decently responsive. Takes a while to set up and has all the annoying registrations that you can skip. 4 stars because the screen acted up and looked like it may have been broken after restarting an hour into use, but it was fixed from closing the laptop and opening again. Not sure what that was about, hopefully it does not happen again.

Light weight, portable and a long battery life. I take it with me everywhere I go. A daily tool that makes my day very productive.

This is a fantastic laptop! I've had it for over a month now. My previous laptop had only 32GB SSD, so this was a huge upgrade from what I had. This laptop has a good-sized screen; that is really responsive to touch. The 2 in 1 feature is a nice bonus! I don't use that feature too often because I don't need to, but it's nice to have in case I need it. The camera is pretty good quality for a laptop, and I really like how it has a built-in camera cover. I use this laptop for school, and I haven't had any problems so far. I'm able to do everything I need to do. The only reason why I gave it 4 stars is because the battery doesn't last as long as I wish it would (it lasts me about 2 hrs 30min), and the laptop heats up a little too quickly (I use a laptop cooling pad, so it's not a huge deal). Overall, It's a really great laptop!
