Connects to a remote Wi-Fi router with ease when other devices would not. Just the right size weight and horsepower. Dell technical support is also superior. Don’t try to save $10, go with Dell and get their excellent support. I used some of their tools to update all the windows hardware drivers, worked like a champ.

Also being able to use it as a tablet or a laptop is a great benefit. The main reason I gave it 4 stars versus 5 is, it needs a second USB port.

This fits the bill with flying colors. I use it with a hub so I can have dual monitors, keyboard and a mouse. When I want portability I just pull the plug and have a tablet, touch screen or standard laptop. It is very fast, great resolution and light. I highly recommend.

The finger print reader is not very accurate and often will not read my daughter’s prints, but that just means she needs to the PIN. The Dell Software is pretty worthless, so we just shut that off.

Good Laptop but has drawbacks

The finger print ID doesn’t work properly The screen works excellent with the pen and as touchscreen works fine. Very hard to read the keyboard letters, silver buttons have no contrast, I need darker room so the light coming from behind the buttons can then make the letters to be seen. The size is great and the hinges that keeps both parts together have worked very well
